"Tangled by the ties of love"

~Chapter-10~

TARUNI'S P.O.V:

We all had lunch playfully chitchatting and talking about the silly things we had done in our school days and the conversation prolonged when I accidentally yet intentionally glared at Vaibhav. But caught him already looking at him, so I averted my eyes in an instant and my heart beat raced,  sweat beads formed on my neck and face. And then Sam asked me to go with her. I asked why but she didn't reply so I just followed she took me to an open place where no one was there, and then I noticed a few footsteps coming towards us. But, I don't know why I'm feeling an unknown tense come crawling into me, I stood there dumbfounded not knowing why I was there and what I should be doing next. Then Sam gestured for me to look back and I found Yashwanth there, I just looked for another figure and expected another one to be there but there was none other than the three of us

 Since the figure I desired to come to me has not come, this thought filled me with disappointment. Then I turned to Sam and asked "Why did you bring me here? And why is he here?" To which she said "You know that we are seeing each other right?" she questioned me  I just nodded in return." And I think now we are together" she said and I was like what the hell is she saying, she just met him in the morning and now she was saying that they both are together? Is she insane? But I just wanted to be calm and patient in front of him so I just said "Oh! I'm happy for you" And when I completed the sentence I saw the glittering excited eyes of them both, just like two kids getting ice cream from their mother.

"Thank bhabhi" Yashwanth replied. What did he just call me bhabhi? Why are they both acting like this? Oh god! I'm already fed up with this dumbo and I can't bear another one, I thought when another voice from the back of me came saying "What's happening love birds?"Which I turned back and the smile on the face of the owner slowly vanished, and I could feel the adrenal rush(Tension) in me. "You're my best friend and you know about our relationship and since Bhabhi is Sam's best friend she should also know right?" Yashwanth said "Then what has your bhabhi said," Vaibhav asked with an expressionless straight face."She said she was happy with us bhaisaa" Samhitha replied with an excited tone "That's a relief then or else she will go to any extent to stop you being together with him" he said with a smirk

My patience reached its peak so I just walked fast and gave a dash to Vaibhav.  I just left for the place where all my other classmates of mine sat mocking and criticizing each other and when they noticed my presence one of my classmates started teasing me by saying "Look who has come, the one who was once the female lead of our classroom" I just bet him playfully and he reacted"You hurt me" and dramatically cried.

Then Satya came forward and was about to announce the details and conditions of the next event when the trio(Samhitha, Vaibhav, and Yashwanth) returned to the venue. So the next game was hand wrestling, first, all the men and women competed among themselves and the winners from both men and women competed with each other then whoever won the game that individual with their partner was declared the winner of the event 

Satya comes up with a glass bowl filled with some slips, then she asks someone from the group to help her. Everyone pushes Karthick in front as he adores Satya. Then she asks him to take a chit from the bowl and later she takes the chit from the bowl the two individuals whose names come in the chit have to play a match and there will be 5 rounds to get into the final. Satya is looking  after the ladies' matches and Karthick is looking after the men's matches

**TIME SKIP**

In the 4th round six members from both ladies and men, only 4 of them got into the 5th round (Janvi, Taruni, Vaibhav, Yashwanth). Janvi tried all the means to win so that she could play the finale and she also tried to cheat me but I think she forgot that she competed with Ms.Taruni Mehra the person who got a black belt just at a younger age.
