Early in the morning while the sun is barely rising, you, Stu and Norman all rush around the yard to hide eggs. One wouldn't think that a bunch of killers would be interested in a silly thing such as Easter egg hunting but you've got a few who you know will enjoy it. And with this being your first Easter together you plan on enjoying it to the fullest.

Bubba is probably the most excited out of everyone. Apparently Easter wasn't something often celebrated at his house and he's looking forward to having his first experience be with you. While he's excited, Thomas is indifferent. He's just there to help Bubba with finding eggs in hard to reach places.

Brahms is also quite happy about celebrating Easter. He spent so much of his life hiding behind walls that he never really got the chance to properly celebrate any holidays, especially ones where he could go outside. You've heard him expressing his excitement to Danny a few different times. And Danny being the good friend that he is promised to take plenty of pictures.

Lester is joining the egg hunt as well despite Bo's teasing. Being the youngest Sinclair, he missed out on a lot growing up with his parents passing away while he was at such a young age. You know his brothers probably tried their best to make his childhood normal but there's only so much they could do. Plus, this is probably his first time celebrating anything with his brothers in years.

The last person hunting for eggs is Jason. He's another person who didn't have much of a childhood, and unfortunately his mother passed long ago. He loves the holidays since he gets sweet treats and you promised to have plenty made for him to snack on throughout the day.

Everyone else is doing their own things until dinner except for Hannibal who is spending the day prepping and cooking the meal. He's making an extravagant feast for the day and you can only wonder if he does so for every holiday. Or perhaps he's just doing it for this one since it's the first holiday you're all spending together. You know he used to throw dinner parties or hold tastings with his friends so cooking for such an event is normal for him.

Once all of the eggs are hidden you take a seat on the porch, Stu and Norman sitting with you. The three of you watch as everyone searches throughout the entire yard for the eggs you all hid. Thomas is doing a great job at helping Bubba while Danny goes around taking pictures of everyone.

It takes nearly an hour for all of the eggs to be found by everyone. Surprisingly, they all found pretty much the same amount. Bubba is especially excited to show you how many eggs he found, grunting and squealing as he shows you each one. You nod along, complimenting each egg before telling him he should check inside them. His excitement practically doubles when he finds chocolates inside them and you have to warn him not to eat too many before dinner or he'll get a tummy ache.

With the hunt being over, you head inside to help Hannibal finish preparing dinner. You feel a bit bad making him cook everything all the time and with such a big meal you refuse to let him do it all alone. He, as per usual, doesn't turn you away and instead helps tie your apron. You can't help but to flush slightly as his hands brush against your lower back but you quickly snap out of it as you start cooking.

It takes a long time to prepare everything for dinner. You had failed to realize Hannibal planned to make so many different dishes and each time you thought you were finally done cooking he was informing you of another dish that needed to be made. By the time you're done cooking the dining room table is completely filled with delicious smelling foods while desserts remain in the kitchen until the end of dinner.

Sitting down at the head of the table, you smile softly as you look around the table at everyone. It's crazy to think that none of the people you care most about would be here if you never took the job at the Sanitarium. That if you took a different job at a less dangerous place you never would've met any of them. You're extremely thankful that you took the job despite it's risks.

You couldn't imagine life without your boys, and you look forward to spending many more years and holidays with them.
