Chapter 6

(Shawn Mendes P.O.V)

We were all making a vine, when Cameron walked through the front door.  I immediately got up and ran towards him.  I haven't seen him in forever.  I greeted him with a bro hug and soon after the rest of the guys did the same.  Then something caught my eye.  Right behind Cam was a girl.  She looked around my age; She was beautiful.  Her long light brown hair was curled to perfection.  Her big brown eyes looked around the room.  She had a natural tan  like Cameron.  That's when i knew this was Cameron's sister.  I was snapped out of my thoughts with Cam speaking.

"Guys this is my sister Skyler!"

"Zayummm!"  Taylor said.

I looked around to see everyone's mouths open and their attention on Skyler. 

"Taylor that's my sister!"  Cam said slightly annoyed.

Skyler's cheeks turned a deep scarlet color.  Even embarrassed she looked stunning.  It was completely silent no one could find any words to say.  We were all mesmerized by her beauty.  Cam grabbed her hand and broke the silence.

"Come on Sky ill show you where were staying so you can unpack." 

She nodded her head and they started walking up the stairs.  Everyone's eyes were still on her.  When they disappeared  in the hallway, everyone broke out into a huge conversation on how pretty she was.

"I want her to be mine."  Taylor said.

"Like you have a chance with a girl like that."  Nash snapped back with a chuckle.

My mind was in its own thoughts.  She was like no girl i have ever seen before.  There was only one word to describe her.  Perfect.  My thoughts were intterupted when someone plopped down on the couch next to me.  I turned my head to see Cameron.  Soon everyone's eyes were on him and no one spoke a word.

"What?" Cam asked.

"Dude, you never told us your sister was so HOT!"  Taylor said emphasizing the "hot" part.

"Hey!" Cam said in a warning tone.

"So...is she single?" Carter asked.

"Yeah, but she just got out of a really bad break up, so don't try anything.

Who would want to break up with such a beautiful angel.  If she was mine ill make sure our love never runs out.

"Umm.. i'm going to use the bathroom." 

 I said as I made my way up stairs towards the bathroom.  When i was in the hallway I heard a voice.  I stopped in front of the door where the noise was coming from.  I realized who it was as i listened closer.  It was Skyler.  She was singing "Good For You" by Selena Gomez.  her voice was so soft and sweet like an angel. I opened the door to see her singing with headphones on, while unpacking.  She turned around to see me watching her.  Her cheeks flushed a scarlet color again.

"Oh um sorry I just over heard you singing."

"Oh. sorry about that." she said clearly embarrassed.

"No, it's fine.  You sound like an angel."

Her cheeks flushed a deeper scarlet color.

"Thanks." she said with a smile. 

Oh god her smile.  It can light up the world.

"I didn't get to introduce myself properly down there.  I'm Shawn Mendes."   

"Hey Shawn i'm Skyler."

"Hey Skyler.  So um, your done unpacking?"

"Yeah i just finished."

"Cool why don't you come down stairs so you can really meet the rest of the guys?"  I said holding out my hand.

"Sure."  She grabbed my hand and we walked down stairs to where everyone was.
