ONE WEEK LATER
Shane and I have been hanging out a lot more often now. We usually hang out just us, I'm not too sure if Noah and Pandora have been seeing each other. Probably not, Pandora is most likely with another guy by now. And, from what I've heard, Noah is just like Pandora, he has a new girl almost every week, or at least that's what Shane told me. We go to the movies a lot, and we planned to go today. I decided to wear something casual, such as jeans and a long sleeve top. I was waiting for Shane to ask me out, and everytime we go out I'm scared that I'll say the wrong thing and fuck everything up.

The movie begins and we haven't said a word other than, "hey." I waited a couple minutes to say something.
"This movies pretty good," Why am I so awkward?
"Look, Aisha, I hope I didn't mess everything up by asking you out," I smile at his words.
"You didn't, don't worry about it, Shane,"
"Well, I wanted to ask you again, are you ready or not?" I panic, Oh my god, what do I say?
"Uh, yeah. I'm ready," I say, stuttering a bit.
"Good," He smiles. Good? What does he mean by that? I just put an awkward smile on my face. Before I get to say anything he cups my cheek and presses his lips against mine. I kiss him back and pull away after a couple of seconds and smile. I think everything will be okay. I'm happy for once in so long. This is going unexpectedly well.
"I love you," He says, whispering. Our faces are inches apart.
"I love you too," I whisper back.
