As the third day of school began, Kaveh continued to vent his frustrations. "The idiot really said I can't be in the club! I can't believe him!"

Cyno sat nearby, partially listening to Kaveh's complaints while focusing on his history work. "Well, you have not followed some of the rules," he pointed out.

"They're just some mere inconveniences. I wasn't late today! I wasn't late for the last two days!" Kaveh argued.

"But you were sleeping during English yesterday," Cyno reminded him. "But I agree with you, that Alhaitham guy is a bit sketchy."

"At least someone does. I don't know what his problem is!" Kaveh exclaimed.

"Go talk to him then. Annoy the shit out of him until he lets you. You still have almost four months to do so," Cyno suggested.

"Maybe I should. I will make his life a living hell until he lets me join!" Kaveh declared determinedly

Alhaitham was in the committee room as usual, getting awards ready for the first year's event. This was a common job for him to do, as teachers would always need someone to prepare the awards in advance for these kind of things

As he checked of names on the paper, a boy came up to him. "Chairman, there's a letter left for you," a first-year student said, passing him an envelope.

Alhaitham took it and began reading it with a confused look.

Dear Chairman,

I know you have told me that I was not allowed to join the club, and I understand 100%, but I feel like there was a small misunderstanding. I really would love this role in the committee as I can learn from the members and improve myself. Please give me a chance.

Sincerely,

Kaveh

Alhaitham placed the paper down on the table with a grin. The boy was so desperate that he even sent a letter. Alhaitham decided to play this game longer to see how long Kaveh could last.

Kaveh sat in class with Cyno as they chatted about random topics. Tighnari was away on a trip with his class, so there was no point in going to his lab like they normally do.

"Kaveh, a letter from the chairman of the disciplinary committee," a young boy entered the class and announced.

Kaveh looked at him, puzzled, before taking the paper. "Thank you."

"Why are you getting letters from the disciplinary committee?" Cyno asked, sitting up with interest.

"That's because I sent one yesterday," Kaveh replied, his expression filled with anticipation.

Kaveh began opening the letter and reading through it, hoping for a good outcome

--

Dear Kaveh,

I have carefully reviewed the letter you sent me expressing your eagerness to join the disciplinary committee. While I appreciate your enthusiasm and passion for the role, I regret to inform you that your current academic performance and disciplinary record do not meet the standards required for membership in the committee, as we discussed previously.

Sincerely,

Alhaitham

"That Bitch!" Kaveh exclaimed, his annoyance evident in his tone.

"Whoa, language," Cyno reprimanded gently. "What happened?"

"That idiot said no!" Kaveh exclaimed in frustration.

Kaveh took a deep breath before continuing, "Actually, I'll continue to give him letters. I can't let him get under my skin!"

"Right, you do you then," Cyno replied, looking at him with a hint of concern.
