"We're done..." Tighnari sighed, a mix of relief and disbelief in his voice. "We've actually graduated."

Cyno, standing beside him, wrapped his arms around Tighnari's shoulders and gave a small, reassuring smile. "We did it."

Before Tighnari could respond, Kaveh rushed over, his graduation gown billowing dramatically behind him "Tighnari, Cyno, Congratulations!"

Tighnari returned the smile, his own excitement growing. "Congrats to you too, Kaveh. We made it."

"Congratulations, everyone," came Alhaitham's voice as he approached from behind

"That was some speech, Mr. President," Cyno said, clapping Alhaitham on the shoulder. "It was well-written and the perfect way to end the year."

Alhaitham allowed a small, satisfied smile. "Thank you. It took a lot of preparation." He glanced over at Kaveh, his expression softening. "But thanks to Kaveh, I managed to perfect it."

Kaveh smiled, warmth flooding his chest as he reached out to clasp Alhaitham's hand

"Oh, what is this?" Tighnari asked, raising a brow as he noticed the two holding hands.

Kaveh chuckled, giving Alhaitham's hand a light squeeze. "You're not the only one who found a boyfriend this year."

"I knew this would happen eventually," Cyno said with a knowing smirk. "You two have been orbiting each other all year."

Tighnari nodded in agreement, a smile playing on his lips. "It was only a matter of time, honestly."

Kaveh laughed, a little embarrassed but mostly just happy. "I guess we couldn't help it."

"Well, now that it's all over, let's go celebrate!" Tighnari said with a burst of energy, clearly excited for whatever plans lay ahead.

"Not so fast!" a voice called out from behind them, making the group turn in unison. "It's picture time!"

Cyno's eyes lit up as he spotted his parents approaching, waving warmly. "Mom, Dad" He broke away from the group to hug them, with a small smile

"Congratulations, kids," Cyno's mother said with pride, her eyes shimmering with joy as she took in the sight of them in their graduation gowns.

Right behind her, Tighnari's parents arrived, holding gifts and bouquets of flowers. Tighnari's face softened as he walked up to greet them, a gentle smile gracing his features. "You really didn't have to bring all this," he murmured, though he couldn't hide his happiness.

As the families gathered for photos and congratulations, Kaveh and Alhaitham stood a bit apart, watching the heartwarming scene unfold

Just then, Alhaitham's eyes flickered toward the entrance of the gate. His posture stiffened, and before Kaveh could ask what was wrong, Alhaitham quietly released his hand.

Kaveh frowned slightly, puzzled by the sudden change in Alhaitham's demeanour. He followed his gaze and quickly understood-Alhaitham's parents had just arrived.

"I'll be back," Alhaitham said softly, his voice low and composed. Kaveh nodded. As he watched Alhaitham approach his parents, he noticed the way Alhaitham's usually confident stride became just a bit more formal, more measured

"Well done, Alhaitham. You've made us proud," his father said, offering a firm handshake rather than an embrace.

"Thank you," Alhaitham replied, accepting the handshake. His mother, however, stepped in for a more affectionate greeting, placing a hand on his shoulder and smiling warmly.

"You've grown into quite the capable young man," she said softly. "It feels like just yesterday you were a child. Now, you're ready for university."

"Yes, it's a big step," Alhaitham agreed, though there was a subtle tension in his voice. He could sense where this conversation was heading.
