[25] forgiving

Around two weeks had gone by, until Minho had heard something from Felix. Apparently the time at the beach had helped him get over the situation and he had decided to forgive them. Minho and Hyunjin had been so happy to get another chance to be friends with Felix.

Jisung had been hesitant and he was still a bit skeptical. He still didn't like them and he would probably always be careful to watch them, not wanting them to hurt Felix again, especially Minho. But in the end, Felix could make his own decisions and as his boyfriend, Jisung was only there to help him make them and to support him, not to decide what he was allowed to do.

More weeks had passed, until Felix had been able to convince Jisung to go on a double date with them. "Everyone deserves a second chance." He had said and Jisung had to admit that he was right. Felix was just too good for this world. "I promise we can leave the second they're annoying."

Jisung had laughed at that offer. "I'm pretty sure they're always annoying. We don't even have to go then."

And as much as Felix had tried not to, he had to laugh as well. Because yes, Jisung was probably right.

Felix would have never gotten back into a relationship with Minho, but being friends wouldn't hurt. Even those past few weeks after breaking up, Minho had tried to be there for him and Felix was looking forward to seeing them again.

This was why Hyunjin was looking through his closet, still trying to find something to wear, while Minho was already fully dressed, waiting for him on their bed.

"We're just going to a small restaurant. You don't need anything fancy." Minho had chosen a very basic outfit, but he knew his boyfriend, he probably wanted to look good to make a good (second) first impression, since it had been a while since he had seen Jisung and it hadn't went so well.

"I'm still trying to look good, Minho." Hyunjin was annoyed and stressed because he couldn't find anything.

Sighing, Minho walked over to him and helped him find something. "What about this?" He held up simple pants, but Hyunjin immediately shook his head and it continued like this for every piece of clothing, that Minho showed him. Even though he wasn't good at this, Hyunjin appreciated his effort to help.

"Do you think this would look good?" Hyunjin held up his favorite black pants and one of Minho's white sweaters. That way his outfit was simple, yet elegant enough.

"It would look perfect, even." Happy that Hyunjin had finally found something that he would feel comfortable in, Minho went back to the bed, waiting for him to get dressed.

Luckily, the younger had done his makeup already because they had to leave the second he pulled the sweater over his head. Minho pulled him down the stairs already, when Hyunjin used his free hand to fix his hair. "Wait, my hair."

"Your hair looks great, Hyun." He stopped for a second to look at Hyunjin, noticing that his hair did indeed look really good. He had changed the color to a dark red, so that it still looked black, depending on the lighting.

Finally, he stopped trying to comb his hair with his hands and when Minho kissed his lips, he blushed. As soon as the short kiss was over already, Minho hurried out the door to his car and smiling, Hyunjin followed.

Fortunately, they still made it to the restaurant in time and when they spotted Jisung and Felix at a table, they noticed that the two had just arrived as well.

Felix got up from his seat as soon as he saw them and hugged both of them. "Nice to see you." He smiled brightly.

Hyunjin was a bit more hesitant, since he was still ashamed of having caused so much trouble to Felix. But the blond didn't seem to think about it anymore, the smile never leaving his face when he sat down next to Jisung again and waited for the other two to sit down in front of them.
