-broken trust-

"Stop looking at me like that, it makes me nervous." Chan mumbled, continuing to type something on his computer.

Jeongin only smirked, leaning back in his chair, eyes still focused on Chan's side profile. He was just too handsome to look away, how could he when he was so close? "Oh, I make you nervous?"

"Jeongin." Chan tried to sound stern, but his voice came out very soft. He clenched his jaw, forcing himself not to turn around to see Jeongin's expression. He had to stay focused and work, that's what he was getting paid for.

"Sorry." Finally, he looked away, turning back to his own work. Then he mumbled under his breath, "It's not my fault you're so hot."

When Chan turned around to him, with an expression that Jeongin couldn't read, he raised a brow. He was confused, why Chan suddenly gave him attention when he decided to continue working.

"Huh?" Chan sounded taken aback and puzzled, maybe even flustered. His cheeks had turned the lightest color of pink and only when Jeongin noticed that, he realized that he had said it out loud. He had told Chan that he was hot.

And surprisingly, he blushed from it. Was Jeongin just imagining this? It couldn't really have happened like this.

"What was that?" This time Chan's voice was stonger and the blush faded. Again, his jaw clenched and Jeongin swallowed thickly, because Chan was even more attractive right now.

To not seem weak or too innocent, Jeongin pretended that it had been intentionally and he acted confident, even though he didn't feel like that at all right now. "You heard me."

Chan wasn't the slightest bit nervous, or at least if he was, he was really good at hiding it. Jeongin turned away again, to show Chan that he was busy, but in reality he couldn't focus on his work, not when Chan's burning gaze pierced through his skin like that.

"I want to hear you say it again."

Jeongin hadn't expected Chan to say that. Now he was the one, who blushed, but much darker than Chan. He tried to cover it up with a provoking smirk. His heartbeat quickened and he fumbled with the material of his pants, but he somehow gathered enough courage to answer. "I said, you're hot. Like, really hot. Whenever you take off that white coat, I can't help but stare, it's not my fault. You look at me too, do you think I don't notice that?"

"Okay, okay. Stop." In an abrupt movement, Chan stood up. Maybe to make himself appear taller, since Jeongin was still sitting. How could Jeongin make him feel this vulnerable? He seemed so innocent.

Jeongin liked the game that he had started, as if he was pushing Chan's boundaries to see how far he could go. "Do I still make you nervous? I'm pretty sure I am." Now Jeongin got up as well, leaned against the desk, Chan standing in front of him.

"You don't. I only said that because you were looking at me while I was working, that's creepy." That was a lie and both of them knew it.

"I don't? Are you sure?" Jeongin's hands wandered to Chan's face, cupping it and pulling him closer. The older stumbled a bit, catching himself by holding onto the desk, trapping Jeongin in between.

Helplessly, Chan looked up at Jeongin, they were so close and Jeongin's thumb stroked over his cheek. Jeongin himself didn't even know where he got that confidence from, he was never like this, but right now it didn't matter.

Chan's eyes closed automatically, so that Jeongin could now shamelessly let his eyes glide over his exposed arms. Now that he had to hold himself up at the desk, Chan's muscles were even more visible and Jeongin had to hold himself back from touching him.
