Liam's POV:

It was the next day and Kristyn and I were both working on patients that needed 20 cavities filled I felt bad for Kristyn because she got the patient that was deathly afraid of needles and with Kristyn being super pregnant it was a lot harder on her she was finally able to get her patient numbed and started on drilling and filling her cavities. When she finally got done she came to the office and sat in her chair and put her feet up on her desk she looked exhausted and I know she's stressed with trying to finish up the patients we have to get done before we close the office down for 12 weeks so that we can spend time with our new kids and Kristyn doesn't have to worry about anything.

Kristyn's POV:

I am so glad that I finally finished that patient. It was a struggle just telling her that she needed 20 fillings at her cleaning and then just getting her numb was a struggle but we finally got it done and I was exhausted at the end of it. Don't get me wrong I'm very, very grateful for my job and being a dentist was always my dream job, besides being a mom of course, and I am very grateful for it. I'm so ready for next week to be here so that I can finally have my girls here and we can close down the office for 12 weeks to enjoy some family time. I'm so grateful that we own our own office so that we don't have to worry about bosses or anything like that, and I'm grateful I get to do this with my twin brother.

Liam's POV:

I still can't believe my sister will be the mom she always wanted to be and I can't believe that I will be a dad again next week. Kristyn still has no idea that Sabrina will be having our baby on the same day via c-section and I know she will be so surprised! I told Sabrina that she didn't have to do it but she insisted and there was no talking her out of it we have friends coming to get Isla while we are in the hospital and for the hospital stay we will have to do. We finished our little break that we were on and we finished the last few patients that we had for the day and cleaned up and headed home. We definitely went to bed early and got the rest we needed.
