Being married to my worse fear....

Chapter 2

Niall's POV

I pulled up to my wife's office and I didn't want to get out of the car. I sat in my car for a few minutes trying to prepare myself for this appointment. Half of me is thinking of starting the car back up and going home but the other half of me says Kristyn is going to be so mad at me if I don't come in. I made up my mind and opened the door to the car and walked inside the office. When I walked into the office I was greeted by my wife in the waiting room and she walked up to me and I kissed her on the lips and then she walked me back to the room. When we got to the room I saw Liam getting everything set up and Kristyn told me to sit in the chair. I sat in the chair while Liam and Kristyn both got their masks and gloves on then Kristyn grabbed the mirror and explorer and she asked me to open.

Kristyn's POV

After I retrieved Niall from the waiting room and after our little kissing session I brought him back to the room that we would be in and when we walked in Liam just finished setting everything up. I lead Niall over to the chair and had him sit. I quickly ran over to my chair and sat down and grabbed gloves and my mask. I grabbed the explorer and mirror and I asked Niall to oepn. "Ok Ni, open nice and wide." He didn't open at first and I knew that this was the beginning process of him not cooperating. I asked him one more time to open and he didn't do it. I put my tools down and took my mask and gloves off and stormed out of the room. I went into my office and sat at my desk with my head in my hands just trying to calm myself.

Liam's POV

I could tell that Kristyn was getting frustrated at Niall and when she got up and put the tools down and took off her mask and gloves and stormed out I knew it was bad. "Niall, you need to cooperate....This is Kristyn, your wife! She would NEVER hurt you in a million years. She has already had a stressful day and it's either you let her check and do whatever procedure she has to do or I will take over and do it for her." After I said that Niall looked up at me and said "Liam, you're right. I just don't wanna be here but I will cooperate for Kristyn's sake." "Good. I'm going to go get Kristyn, you stay right here." I left the room and went to find Kristyn. I found her in her office sitting at her desk with her head in her hands. I knocked on her door and she looked up at me. "Hey Li. What's up?" "I had a talk with Niall and he's ready to cooperate now." "Good. Let's just hope he will actually cooperate." "Oh, I think he will." Kristyn and I walked back to the room that Niall was in together and we got re-situated and started again.

Kristyn's POV

"Ok babe. Let's try this again. Please open for me." I was expecting him to be stubborn but to my surprise he opened his mouth and I checked for a few moments and then I started cleaning his teeth. After I was finished cleaning his teeth I told him that he had 8 cavities that needed to be filled and that we were going to do all of them today.  I could tell that Niall was starting to freak out a little bit but I calmed him down while Liam got the injections ready. I told Niall that we were going to start and I grabbed the first injection. I pulled back his cheek and I quickly inserted the needle. He tried to stay calm but it was starting to become too much for him I told him that he was almost done with the first one and that's when I took the first injection out. I had Liam hand me the second one while I was still holding Niall's cheek back because I knew that if I let go he would close his mouth and not open again for me. I put the second injection in and that was when Niall started crying. I comforted him as much as I could but I couldn't help that much since I was the one putting the needle in his mouth and I needed both hands to do that. After the second injection I had Liam hand me another one and I had Niall turn towards me. I put the third injection in and that's when he started crying. I put the last and final injection in and let him get numb for a few mins then got started with the procedure.

-After procedure-

After about 2 1/2 hours we finally finished. It was tough trying to get Niall to stay calm and cooperate but he did a decent job and I brought him home and cuddled him for the rest of the night and got him anything he wanted. I do have to say even though he is afraid of the dentist, he's still my handsome husband and I love him.
