Chapter 11

Kristyn's POV
It was another day at work and I was sitting in my office doing some paperwork when Liam came into my office. "Hey Li. What's up?" "I have something to tell you." "Ok what's up?" "I have a terrible toothache and I've had it for a while. I know I should of told you sooner but it just slipped my mind." "Liam, calm down it's fine. I can take a look at it right now." "Awesome thanks." We get up from my office chairs and go into an exam room and Liam sits in the chair and I grab a bib and put it around his neck and I grab my gloves, mask, and tools and ask Liam to open.

Liam's POV
When I told Kristyn about my toothache I thought she would be mad at me but she wasn't and i'm greatful for that. We went into an exam room and I sat in the chair and Kristyn put a bib around my neck and grabbed her stuff and asked me to open. I opened and she went straight to the bad tooth and didn't hesitate to grab the needle. She quickly injected me then grabbed the drill. She drilled out my cavity then filled it. We ended up not having anymore patients for the day so we cleaned up and headed home.

-Later that evening-
Niall's POV
I've had a really bad toothache for a few months now and i've been hiding it from my wife and best friend. I don't know how much longer I can take with this toothache it hurts so much! I'll just have to suck it up and tell my wife even though I hate the dentist so much. "Babe i'm home." I run downstairs to Kristyn and I hug her and start crying because of how bad my tooth hurts. "Baby, why are you crying?" "I have a really bad toothache and i've had it for months." I say crying. "Babe, why didn't you tell me?" "You know i'm terrified of the dentist." "Yes I know babe. But if you're in that much pain then you need to get it looked at. Will you let me bring you to the office so we can get it checked out?" "I guess." "Good and remember, i'm going to be there the entire time." We leave the house and head down to Kristyn and Liam's office and Kristyn says that she has a special chair for me. She leads me back into one of the exam rooms that she only uses for really scared patients. She told me to take a seat which i did and she put a blanket over me and put a bib on me. She grabbed the tools she needed and asked me to open. She checked all of my teeth before going to the tooth that hurt me the most. She touched it and I jumped and screamed at the touch of it. "Sorry babe but i'm going to have to get some X-Rays. You may need a Root Canal on that one." I just nodded my head and Kristyn took the X-Rays and definitely said Root Canal. I got very nervous as I watched Kristyn set up for the procedure. "Babeeeeeee?" I whine "Yes?" "Do I have to be numb for this?" "Yes 10000% babe. It will hurt A LOT if you're not numb." "Wait, you never said anything of how bad it will hurt." "Shoot. Well now I guess you know. But just sit back and relax and just remember it's me and I won't hurt you." Kristyn leans the chair back again and starts by putting the numbing gel on my gums then gets the needles ready. She takes the Q-Tips put and then pulls my cheek back and sticks my gums with one of the needles. I squirmed and whined but it was over in a few minutes and then Kristyn numbed the back side. I squirmed again and then I saw her fill up another syringe. The one thing you guys don't know is that Kristyn likes to make sure your very numb and so she'll stick you at least 3 times to make sure your numbed. After she stuck me again we waited for the numbing medicine to kick in then she got started on the Root Canal.

-After the procedure-

After the procedure Kristyn tested my bite and put my seat up and I gave her back the blanket. She helped me up and we went out to the car and we drove home. She took care of me for the rest of the night and I just have to say that she's the best wife ever !
