Chapter 4

Kristyn's POV
It was valentine's day here at the office and Liam and I had it set up with heart ballons everywhere to help make the patients feel better about where they are. I was sitting at my desk doing paperwork and writing out 6 month dental cleaning cards for patients who were due for their 6 month appointments. Just as I was finishing the last patient card, my brother Liam came into my office and sat down on one of the chairs that was in front of my desk. "Hey Bro. What's up?" "Just tired and stressed. The last patient that I had was terrified and I had to pull her tooth out since it was infected. I felt so bad for her since she's around Isla's age." "Awww. Poor baby. That reminds me, Isla's due for her 6 month cleaning." "I'll call Sabrina and let her know." I just nodded. For those who don't know Isla, she's Liam's daughter. We both got married young and while Niall and I don't have kids yet, Liam has one daughter. I love Isla with all my heart she's the best Niece ever. Liam called Sabrina through FaceTime and I got to see Isla. "Hey baby girl!" "Hi daddy!" "Are you having a good day with mommy?" "Yea I am daddy!" "Guess who else is here." "Who?" "Aunt KiKi" "Really?!?!" "Yep. You wanna talk to her?" "Yesss!" Liam hands the phone to me and I start talking to Isla. "Hey sweetie!" "Hi KiKi!" "What did you do today?" "Just played on my mommy's phone and watched TV." "Oh that's fun. Daddy and KiKi have been hard at work today. But I was wondering if your mommy was around." "Yea she's right here." "Hey Sabrina." "Hey Kristyn. What's up?" "Well, Liam and I were going through patients files today and we noticed that it was time for Isla's 6 month cleaning appointment. Is there anyway you can probably bring her in today? We're slow at the moment and we can get her in now." "Yea that should be fine. We'll be there soon." " Awesome thanks Sabrina see you soon." "See ya." I hung up the phone after that and gave Liam back his phone. "Do you want me to do her check-up or do you wanna do it?" "Let's let her decide when they get here." I nodded and got back to what I was doing before.

Liam's POV
Kristyn's a great sister to have. She's so sweet and caring towards kids and I can't wait til she has her own. I think her and Niall are waiting a little while longer because they've only been married a few months where I have been married for 2 years. I know Kristyn wants to start a family but we also did just open our own clinic together and it's been crazy ever since we opened it. I'm so glad that my daughter is coming in today since it's valentine's day and I have a special surprise for her. I heard someone come in through the front door and I got up with Kristyn and we walked to the front. "Daddy!" Isla screamed as she ran up to me. "KiKi!" Isla screamed when she saw Kristyn. "Hi Baby Girl." Kristyn said while taking Isla from me. "I have a very important question to ask you Isla." "Ok KiKi. What is it?" "Do you want Daddy or KiKi to do your check-up today?" Isla thought about it for a minute then she said "KiKi. With daddy's help." "Alrighty then. You wanna follow me to the room?" Isla followed KiKi to the room and I walked with my wife back to the room as well.

Kristyn's POV
When I saw Isla run up to Liam like that it made happy to see that but it also made me sad because Niall and I don't have kids yet but we will one day and that's when i'll be able to see my own kid do that with Niall. When I asked Isla who she wanted to do her check-up I was surprised that she wanted me and not Liam to do it. I wasn't complaining though. We brought her back to the room and she sat in the chair and I put the chair back. Right as soon as we were about to start, Liam's phone rang and he told me he would be right back. While we were waiting for Liam to get back, Isla had a very important question to ask me. "KiKi?" "Yea Isla?" "When will you and Uncle Ni-Ni have kids?" I chuckled and said "I'm not exactly sure. We're enjoying the married life right now so maybe in the future we will." Right after I said that, Liam walked back in. I asked him who it was and he just pulled it off like it was a friend. I just nodded and we got on with Isla's check-up.

Liam's POV
When I came back into the room after my phone call, Kristyn asked who it was and I just played it off as it was a friend but really it was Niall who wanted to do a surprise for Kristyn and he needed my help. I'm so excited for her and I can't wait to see her reaction when he surprises her with this.

Niall's POV
Kristyn has been hard at work every single day ever since she and Liam opened up their own clinic together. Liam has been telling me that she has been starting to get stressed so since it was Valentines day and 2 years since we got engaged I decided that I wanted to surprise her with her favorite flowers, Light Blue roses, her favorite chocolate, Dove chocolates with peanut butter, and a trip to Tahiti for 2 weeks. I wanted to surprise her at work but I didn't want her seeing me so that's why I called Liam to help me out to distract Kristyn. He told me that Isla is here and that now is a perfect time to come in and do it since she'll be busy. Luckily I was 2 minutes away from the office so I got there and I went inside. I went to her office and set the flowers, chocolate, and card on her desk and waited for her to come in.

Kristyn's POV
"Good job Isla! No cavities this time." "Thanks KiKi. Thanks Daddy." "You're welcome sweetie." After Isla and her mom left I started to clean up but Liam stopped me and told me to go to my office and relax and he'll clean up. I really do have an awesome brother. I did as told and when I got to my office, I saw Niall sitting at my desk with flowers, my favorite chocolates, and a card. "Babe. What are you doing here?" "Well, I wanted to surprise you since it is our 2 year anniversary of getting engaged and it's also Valentine's Day." "You didn't have to do this!" "Yes I had to. Liam told me that you were getting stressed so that's why i'm here to make things better." "I love you!" "I love you too. Come on let's sit on the couch and you can open your card." I nodded and grabbed the card off of my desk and sat on the couch cuddled up to my amazing husband. I opened the card and I couldn't believe what it said it was a trip for both of us to go to Tahiti for 2 weeks. I squealed in excitement and hugged Niall even tighter. I can't believe we're going to Tahiti!
