Her eyes were so mesmerising & enchanting that i lost my way back.

What the hell was I trying to do? That shit is so freaking embarrassing, isn't it? A patient holding the hand of their doctor? And for what reason? Because I couldn't pick up the dropped thing in the clinic while getting lost in her eyes? I feel like I'm going insane.

Stuffing my evening avocado sandwich, I hurriedly walked out of the cafe. Before heading home, I picked up the ceiling stars that Doctor Sehmat asked me to buy.

It's her special remedy, she informed me how the ceiling stars will create a calming and healing environment, filled with tranquility and serenity. She thinks it'll definitely help me sleep better because I mentioned my liking for star gazing so she came up with this idea.

As I started driving, I hurried towards my penthouse, my mind consumed by thoughts of her and it felt so illegal. I'm definitely losing it.

I could still feel the warmth of her soft, delicate, and fragile baby-like hand in mine. her smooth skin seemed to blend with mine.

My heart started racing as her face captured my mind. I couldn't help but picture her enchanting meadow green eyes, her rosy cheeks, perfectly shaped eyebrows, small button-like nose, and soft pink lips.

she was all occupied in my mind.

Growling in frustration, I hit the steering wheel twice and let out a hissing groan. Just when I thought I would be okay, things seem to be getting worse. What the hell is wrong with me? I feel like I'm going nuts!

Shrugging off her thoughts forcefully, I kept my cool by tapping my foot incessantly, breathing heavily, and panting. Finally, I arrived at my penthouse.

As I typed in the pin code and entered inside, I felt my body drain from the mental pressure. Feeling lost, I paced around, unsure of what to do. But then it hit me—I needed to decorate the room with the ceiling stars.

I threw my coat on the couch and entered my room, placing the stars from the packet on the side table. I quickly rushed into the restroom to wash my tired face.

As I walked in, my breath caught in my chest, as if someone had stolen my share of air. My eyes widened like soccer balls, and my chest heaved up and down.

My mind raced, questioning if what I was seeing was real or not.

There, near the side table, stood Dr. Sehmat, dressed in her pink scrubs with a messy bun, holding the stars and gazing at them.

I walked towards her quickly and locked my gaze with hers. She turned towards me, her eyes, a beautiful blend of meadow green and russet brown, met mine. 'No, this can't be real,' I murmured. She didn't say a word, but simply looked at me with a delicate smile curved on her lips.
