Destiny sat down and sunk into her couch. She let out a relieved sigh as the foam shaped to support her body properly and massage her aches and pains away. She was tired from a long day of preparation for the successful night, debating along with her coworkers and Jean about what they should wear to the unveiling, meeting and greeting all those people, spending the last couple of hours trying to manage her high heels and then there was Matthew's sudden reappearance.

"Thank Albeus for these chairs. If there is one good thing humans have invented, it'd be this."

She thought about her day and the next chapter of her life. The unveiling seemed to go well and she was now one of the faces of FrançoísNY. A life of displaying her beauty and body to others, a form of light exhibitionism. Not how she envisioned to live her life for her passion was to be a warrior, a hero to those in need and to serve the light. But that wouldn't be possible here, at least not without drawing attention to herself from humans and Arcadia's finest. No, this was the life she needed to live in order to survive now. Destiny's train of thought was derailed by a knock on her door. She reluctantly peeled herself off the couch and opened the door. There stood Matthew.

"Can I come in?" he asked with a smile on his face.

She thought about it for a second and then stepped aside to let him in.

"Wow, this is your personal fitting room? It's really big!" Matthew exclaimed and he was right.

Destiny's fitting room was bigger than most others. One could fit four vans in there. On the wall opposite of the door there was a makeup station, on the left a huge closet filled with outfits, in one corner was a holovision, in the other a refrigerator next to a couch. By the door was a desk with many books and papers on it. The walls were painted a peach color and the carpet was black.

"I had to move in at the store so Jean provided me with largest room for me to live in."

"Really? Where do you sleep?"

Destiny picked up a remote off of the desk and clicked on a button that caused the couch to extend outwards into a bed.

"Sweet, I love sofa beds. I always find them more comfy than actual beds."

"Matthew... I know why you are here and I'm telling you I'm not-"

"Destiny, I just came this time to check on you and see how you're doing. If you aren't going to come back I wanna at least tell everyone how you're doing."

"...okay."

Matthew smiled and Destiny felt at ease that she wouldn't have to argue with him. Matthew was one of her good friends at the dojo, probably the second closest after Amar'e. She knew she could trust him and she smiled back.

*An hour later*

Destiny was passed out on the couch with red cheeks and a drunk smirk on her face and glass in her hand. Matthew wiped sweat from his forehead with his tux thrown on the floor and shirt buttoned down. He was on the other side of the couch, looking extremely rattled as his face was red too.

"That was close. Things could have gotten real bad there for a second if she hadn't passed out but I knew Destiny was one of those stereotyped tough girls who couldn't handle her liquor."

Matthew stood up and poked on Destiny's cheek to make sure she was really asleep and when he was sure that she was, he sighed in relief and then went and opened the door. To the right, sitting on the floor of a long hallway was Myra and Luxi who were both slowly drifting off into sleep.

"Hey, you two. Get up will ya? Myra? Luxi?" Matthew said as he walked over to them. They both slowly rose their heads and blinked at him a couple of times to try and get the grogginess out of their eyes.
