Chapter Nine First Team Dinner and Bonding

Thalia could watch cartoons especially Spongebob Squarepants all day everyday. Its on of her many things can do with out getting bored, agitated or fidgety. Ash and Ali stood watching her being care free for the longest time. Once there was a commercial break Ash and Ali approached Thalia to get ready to go to dinner.

Soon they were all walking down the corridor to the lift. Thalia ran to the lift and was stimming all the way. Ash and Ali caught up to Thalia at the lift where she was waiting for them. Thalia stayed by Ash and Ali side when they got to the dining room. Thalia chose to stay close to Ash and Ali.

Thalia went with Ash to get their dinner from the buffet. Ash had memorised Thalia's no go and maybe food list. Ash was paying attention to all the labels and then telling Thalia what she could put on her plate. Thalia chose to have plain spaghetti, mince on the side, potatoes in a cheese sauce, vegetable, rice, sweet and sour chicken, braised beef and then cauliflower cheese.

Thalia chose to sit in between Ash and Ali. Thalia didn't feel like she could speak to anyone yet because she wasn't comfortable yet maybe in a couple of days, Thalia liked that the team wasn't pushing her to speak to them and Thalia like that. Once everyone was done they were going up to Tobin and Chris's room for the bonding time.

Thalia was apprehensive of what she was expecting to do in the team bonding. Ash and Ali lead Thalia to where they were going to sit and Thalia surprised everyone by sitting in Ali lap. Thalia was aware of Ashley and Rose watching her every move. Thalia knew that she wanted to talk to them but she wasnt ready for that step. Thalia stayed into Ali's arm while the rest of the team was playing truth or dear.

Thalia was listening to all the answers and she was finding out things about the team that she didn't know. Thalia stayed in Ali's arms until she was falling asleep because she was tired after her first day. Ash noticed that Thalia was asleep on Ali when they were getting ready to go back to their room.

Ash then bent down to Ali and grabbed Thalia in to her arms. Thalia just snuggled into Ash's arm as Ash followed Ali to their room. Ash stopped when her name was called she turned around to Ashely and Rose and they handed her a letter to give to Thalia in the morning.
