• part four •

"oh my god this is so cool!" sunhee marvels at the massive pillow fort that had seemed to explode on the living room in the time she had been gone.

with a giggle, she gambols into the center of the massive fort, landing cross legged.

this has to be the coolest thing she had been in for quite a while! god, she feels so greatful to her two elders for setting this up.

"ahh, thankyou guys, this is so cool!" she exclaims, her arms shooting into the air, a huge grin on her face.

"some would say that shes grateful."  hyunjin says, peering in the front door, felix and seungmin carrying the bags behind him.

"i dont know." jeongin shrugs, grinning, "she seems a bit disappointed "

sunhee bends forward to slap his leg, "of course im not jeongin.". her hand grabs his ankle, dragging him into the fort. "agh! no! sunhee!" he screams, falling over, "shit!" he squeals, his eyes creasing as hes dragged beside her.

"get him sunhee!" changbin shouts over, helping felix with the bags, separating the contents into piles.

"you're strong sunhee!" jeongin remarks, staring up at her with shining, wide eyes.

"is that so jeongin?" she teases, reajusting her position to face him properly, her hair falling -off her shoulder, dangling above him.

to get a better look at her, jeongin sits up slightly, leaning back on his elbows.

with this realisation everything in the background began to fade away. the pillows, the blankets, the sofa, minho and jisung watching over the pair, the curtains, they all fade away. all sunhee can focus on is jeongins radiant face. does he know how attractive he is?

his black hair sits just above his jawline, framing his pretty face. in the darkness of the blanket fort his face seemes to shine.

shes known him for under 5 hours and hes making her feel a way she hadnt felt since highschool...flutter-y in a way. 

all of a sudden her stomch flips and her face turns into a devestated frown. this is her group member, not a silly high school crush.

her body tumbles away in escape of him and the feelings he carries along.

nope nope nope. escape escape escape, she thinks, crawling back on her hands and feet before bumping into something solid, felix.

"oof." he reacts, ballancing three bowls in his small hands.

"sorry felix!" , sunhee rises to her feet, facing felix, her face unfixed.

"are you alright sunhee?" he shifts the plates in is hands.

"im fine!" her teeth grind ever so slightly, not convincing felix, "im just going to help changbin with the bags."

"okay?", she rushes past him into the kitchen, grasping at the bottom of her shirt.

felix turns his to the three boys in the fort, and he squints his eyes, "what was that?"

lee know mumbles something and jeongin simply shrugs, pulling out his phone. to him, nothing had happened. to him he was hanging out with a friend.

but to her, it was the start of something she already wants to end. for now she just has to ignore him abit, maybe leave early the next morning and do some more vocal training?

"sunhee!" changbin snaps his fingers in her face, ripping her from her thoughts.

"hello?'

"ive been saying you name for about a minute now sunhee! where did you go?"

"sorry, im really tired. long day you know."

"we know." chan shuffles past, now in slippers and a dressing gown, carrying several chips and dips.

"are you too tired to help?" changbin asks, grabbing packs of sweets.

"of course not! ill take them over now, let me know if theres anything else i can do to help."

"just go sit with the others, ill be right behind you."

sunhee, takes the food and makes her way to the boys. minho is lay on hans lap, his head resting on a pillow. at minhos feet, jeongin is now squished in the corner on his phone, on the cushioned floor below him, felix is doing the same. by the tv, hyunjin is setting up the speakers whilst chan, who is laying on a seperate sofa, guides him on how to set it up. at the side of chans sofa, seungmin rolls about, gathering the blankets.

"i have more snacks!" sunhee announces, ducking into the fort and sitting between felix and seungmin, who stops rolling and lies on his stomach, "oh my god, haribos. give me some!" felix stretches out and grabs a packet from sunhee, his hand touching hers.

"felix! manners!" chan shouts, wiggling a reprimanding finger.

"sorry, sorry hold on. i forgot how to act for a second then. gosh!" felix leaps up from his seat, his bleached head grazing the top of the blanket fort. he straightens his body and salutes before dropping to his knees, a reactive squeal comes out of sunhee ad she looks at him concerned. felixes act had grabbed the others members attentions.

felix pushes his chest against his thighs in a deep bow and he starts praising sunhee,

"please, princess sunhee, may i have one sweet from you?", his hands clasp together and shake.

sunhee cant help it, the loudest laugh errupts from her, the others join in as felix snatches two packs of sweets from her.

"get comfy, the films going on now!" hyunjin calls out before pushing felix back into his place and sitting at his feet, leant against the sofa.

the film spirited away flicks on and begins to play as sunhee grabs a bowl of popcorn, placing it on her lap so that the other boys can grab some.

as the night goes on and the film gets to the halfway mark, sunhee finds her eyes fluttering shut. she rubs her eyes, smudging her mascara unknowingly. above her, jeongin notices this and rips the blanket off himself and bends to gently place it on.

"thankyou.' she mumbles up, trying to rest her head on her own shoulder impossibly.

"do you want to come up-" jeongin starts before being cut off by felix  who pats his own shoulder for sunhee to lean on. groggy and senseless, she rests her head on felixs shoulder, comforted.

to the right of the pair chan sits up in his seat carefully, he pulls a face as jeongin lies back down, "really felix?".

the disapointment in his voice came down like a hammer in the room.
