Sunhees eyes open wide and begin to water at the sweet smell of bacon and pancakes.
Sitting up, she checks out he surroundings, a small room, with its walls with plastered with different posters of various bands.
Sitting up, she wrings her hands and sighs as the memories from last night rush back. Jeongin, yeji, jooyeon.
She runs her hand through her hair, letting her nails scratch her scalp soothingly.
Looking down, she notices the bright pink 5sos shirt she's in she can't help but chuckle.
Climbing out of Jooyeons bed, Sunhee follows the sweet scent all the way down the stairs and into a the kitchen where the six boys scramble around, flipping pancakes, sorting out plates, getting cutlery and toppings.
"Good morning." Sunhee waves, groggily wiping sleep from her eyes.
After acknowledging their responses, she takes a seat at their table.
"You want some?" Jooyeon asks, placing a stack of pancakes on the table but Sunhee just shakes her head.
Noticing her looking down, gunil shows her his phone, the case 143 mvs stats shown on hi screen.
Only looking for a second she sees the numbers, 122mil. She smiles at the numbers briefly before turning back down to her phone which has flooded with texts from her members overnight.
She may be upset and emotional, but that doesn't stop the fact that they love and care for her. And at the end of the day, she loves and cares for them aswell.
Standing up at the table, she quickly bows to the boys, "thank you so much for having me but I really have to go now."
Jooyeon stands up quickly from his seat and stumbles over to her and walks her to the door, whispering "keep the Pajama's for now, just make sure to wash them and bring them home." As he opens it.
All she can think of is how she had worn Jeongins pajamas before.
She needs his support. She shouldn't of waited so long.
Slipping out of the door, Jooyeon closes it behind her. Despite wanting her to stay with them, she knows that he has to let her leave.
Sunhee knows how to run. She's done it for most of her life.
But as she runs home, it's like she's discovered a new speed. A new method.
Racing the cars speeding down the road, she runs as fast as she can, heart pumping, shoes slapping against the hard pavement.
After only about five minutes she bursts into her apartment building and rips up the stairs three at a time.
Finally, she stands outside her door and stares at the small photos or the vocal group that chan had insisted the stuck up for 'cuteness'.
Twisting the key in the lock, Sunhee opens up the front door quietly and creeps inside, tiptoeing. Inside the kitchen, seungmin and Jeongin stand, waiting for her on the phone with someone. The pair are both staring at each other in silence until Sunhees face is clearly peeking around the corner looking at them.
"Sunhee!" Jeongin shouts, his face riddled with panic as he runs up to her, "Sunhee, I was so worried. "
Seungmin soon catches up to him and also presses her for answers, "where were you all night?"
Despite her missing them both, as they flood her with questions she quickly becomes over whelmed, her already full brain becoming close to exploding.
Not answering any questions, she rushes to her room, trying not to sob, and slams her door behind her before letting out another loud sob.
Why had she come back here? What on earth was she thinking? It's not like she wants to talk to them.
Landing on her bed face first, Sunhee lets out a small, croaky scream into her mattress.
Outside her room, Seungmin sits on a stool as Jeongin paces around the living room, his hands on his head, pulling at strands of hair. "How do I fix this?" He turns to Seungmin, who just shakes his tilted head. "You don't have to."
"I do! She's been crying for the last few days, she's going around kissing random boys and then crying more, and did you see her yesterday? She was wearing gloves when she's told me before that she hates the feeling of gloves in between her fingers. She was covering her wrists."
"What's that meant to mean?"
"I mean that either Jisung hurt her so fucking much that it's left a mark or she's—" He takes a moment to calm down from his ramblings, "she's been... you know." He draws lines across his wrists.
Finally responding properly, Seungmin leans forward to slap his hand. "Calm down! Maybe she was in the mood for gloves? Sunhee's never shown signs that she's done that."
"I know! I know. I'm just worried. She hasn't talked to any of us for days. Not me, not Chan, not Felix, not you. And you've heard the crying at night. You have to have heard it. And it's just—I just love her! And I hate hearing her like this." His arms fly into the air as he lets out a deep sigh. There. He said it. He loves her.
"If you hate it that much, why don't you go chase her?" Seungmin raises an eyebrow, but Jeongin's arms just flop to his sides. "What?"
"Oh my god! Go get her!" Seungmin jumps out of his seat and begins pushing Jeongin until he gets the gist and begins walking to Sunhee's room.
As he stands outside, the sound of her sobbing brings a sick feeling to his stomach.
Hesitantly, he brings his fist to the door and knocks.
"Sunhee, can you let me in please? I just want to hear your voice."
On the other side of the door, he hears her scramble about and sniffle.
Just a moment later, the door opens, revealing Sunhee, shoulders drooped and her face stained with tears.
Jeongin opens his arms up, and Sunhee just steps forward, allowing him to wrap his arms around her, instantly stroking the top of her head.
"It's okay," he whispers as her tears begin to fall onto his shirt. "You'll be okay."
His fingers run through her hair as she shakes, crying harder than ever before.
Her heart hurts.
