The soft sensation of getting her face padded gently with a makeup sponge at the hands of a complete stranger is quickly becoming something Sunhee is all too familiar with.
As she closes her eyes to allow her makeup artist, Gina, easier access to her eyes, she begins to find her mind wandering back to just two nights ago.
After allowing their face masks enough time to harden, they had all taken them off and spent a while in the living room watching TV. Thanks to Seungmin, she had been forced between him and Jeongin.
Having noticed their closeness the whole night, he had taken it upon himself to make sure they continued it by pushing them into each other, sitting them together, and even saying stupidly suggestive things to Jeongin.
Using a Q-tip, Gina wipes a little eyeshadow off of Sunhee's cheek. "So this is your first comeback with them?" Her eyes widen a little as a little makeup falls in powdery balls onto places they aren't supposed to be.
"Yeah, it is." Sunhee lets out a shaky breath, letting her thumbs twirl together with an absent mind.
"You scared at all? I know their fans can be a little... protective." Gina's head tilts to the side slightly as she finishes cleaning up and leans back in her chair.
The sympathetic look riddling Gina's face forces tiny needles into Sunhee's eyes.
She tries not to think of all her missed time with the boys, but it seems to haunt her.
"I'll just make sure the fans know I have no romantic interest in any of them." She should've known this conversation was inevitable. "At all. I mean, look at them." Her eyes shift across the room to Han and Hyunjin wrestling on the sofa, shouting something about who can rap and dance better. The two girls can't help but giggle at them in their cute little costumes.
"Sounds like a good plan, Sunhee." Gina smiles and pats Sunhee's shoulder gently. "You better get going now, though." She smiles, offering her hand to help Sunhee stand up.
"Thank you so much, Gina. I'll see you later?" She leans on her chair, waiting for the pins and needles to leave her feet.
"Of course. Tell Chan I say hi!" She waves Sunhee off.
Approaching Han and Hyunjin, she can't help but laugh at their antics again. "Hey, guys!" The pair both look up at her, secretly admiring her cute pink makeup.
"You like it?" She notices their eyes both stationed on her own. Being caught in their subtle act, they both nod, with Hyunjin using Sunhee to pull himself up. "Your pink matches Jeongin's pink hair," he smiles, a glint in his eye.
"He had it dyed already?" Her head tilts slightly, as Hyunjin hooks his arm around both her and Han's shoulders to guide them out of the makeup tent and to their first recording area. "Ha! Not yet. It's just a wig." He then uses the hand of the arm hooked around her neck to gently pull at her bangs. "I like the new hair."
"Aww, thank you, Hyunjin! I did mine and Seungmin's the other day."
"Yeah, Felix mentioned." Hyunjin sighs, hanging his head slightly.
"Felix did? That's odd." Her face scrunches up. Why on earth would Felix mention it?

"One, two, three!" a producer shouts, waving his hand through the air, signaling Sunhee to jump from her platform.
Taking a deep breath, Sunhee leaps down, arms flailing just as instructed. Within a second, she has landed, posed on the mat below her. As quickly as she had been rushed onto set due to the ever-changing weather, she is rushed off by a group of assistants, their arms all over her back, guiding her roughly to her leader outside.
