Robin's POV:

I don't believe in a higher power or divine intervention, but it was a miracle when we were released from the vines that held us back against the wall and nearly killed us. As soon as all of us were free, we continued on with our plan to kill Vecna. We ready our weapons, and we headed up to the attic where Vecna was doing his remote traveling.

Steve went first. He grabbed a bottle that we had filled with flammable liquid earlier that day, lit it up, and threw it at Vecna. As soon as he was hit, he was fully engulfed in flames. The vines released from his back, and he fell to the floor. He gets up, still completely on fire, and he does his weird growling when he sees us. It was my turn now. I had another one of those bottles in my hand. As soon as I lit it up, I threw it right at Vecna, causing the flames to grow significantly.

It all came down to Nancy. She stepped towards Vecna, and just like that, she started to open fire. With every shot she took, Vecna stumbled back a little more. On the last shot, it was powerful enough to make Vecna fall back through a window, all while he was still on fire. Nancy lowered her gun and took a minute to realize that we had finally defeated Vecna.

At the same time, I was completely blown away by how well Nancy handled that. She's so awesome whenever she has a gun. I mean, seriously, you give Nancy Wheeler any type of gun, and she instantly turns into the most badass girl the world has ever seen. In fact, she's kind of hot when she uses a gun, too.

One Week Later

Nancy's POV:

The whole town of Hawkins was at its breaking point. Turns out that Vecna isn't dead, and he destroyed almost the whole town when his gates opened. If what we did didn't stop him, then what will?

I needed to take some time to clear my head, so I went back out to the field that we were all at when preparing our weapons to fight Vecna, which surprisingly hasn't been destroyed. I brought all my guns out with me, and some empty bottles. Right now, I was just doing all this for fun. When I set my stuff in place, I heard a voice calling my name from behind me.

I turned around and saw Robin coming towards me. It looks like she drove here for some reason.

(In this chapter, Robin has a license)

Me: "Robin? What are you doing here?"

Robin: "I uh...I don't really know exactly. I mean, I was just kind of bored, and I was thinking about all that crazy shit we did last week, then I thought of you."

Me: "Oh, well, that's nice of you."

Robin: "Yeah, I know you probably weren't expecting me to show up, but I actually wanted to come out here and watch you do some more shooting."

Me: "Oh? Are you obsessed with me when I use a gun or something?"

I actually said that as a joke, but from the way Robin's facial expressions started to change, I could tell that it was true.

Me: "Wait. Robin, are you actually obsessed with me using a gun?"

Robin: "Uh...is that bad? Cause if it is, I can leave right now, if you want. I know from the way I just acted, it might've sounded a little weird."

Me: "Oh, no, no, it's not bad at all. I was only just wondering because...well, aren't you still obsessed with Vickie?"

Robin: "I thought I was, but at the same time, I slowly started to realize that I was more obsessed with you than with her."

Me: "You're actually obsessed with me? Huh, I never thought I'd hear you say that."

Robin: "It's true, though. It's happened for a while, and when you fired at Vecna last week, it proved my obsession once and for all."

This was a lot to process.

Me: "You know...I don't think I've ever heard anyone else say that they're obsessed with the fact that I can use guns."

Robin: "Well, then, they must not like you the way I do. After last week, it made me realize I'm into someone who is straight-up the most amazing badass woman I've ever seen, and a hot one, too, I must add."

Wow. I actually never thought I'd be complimented like that by someone, especially Robin. When she called me a badass, I started feeling warm inside. But when she added that I was hot, I felt my face turning red. Oh, my god, I was actually blushing for real.

I had no idea what else to say, but instead, I set my gun down and rushed in to hug Robin. I felt her hug me back.

Me: "Thank you. That was...the sweetest thing I've ever heard. Ever."

Robin: "It's true, though. You really are attractive."

When we pull away, I figure out what to say next.

Me: "Can I tell you a little something?"

Robin: "Of course."

Me: "I...might also be...a little...attracted to you, too."

Robin's face instantly lit up.

Robin: "Maybe you can teach me to use a gun, then I could be as attractive as you right now."

Me: *giggles* "Maybe, but first..."

I gently put my hand on the side of Robin's face, and I kiss her. When I pull away, she puts her hand on the back of my head and kisses me. The both of us are smiling and giggling at the same time we're kissing. I feel Robin playing with my hair a little bit as well, and it felt really good.

At that moment, I completely forgot what I originally came out here to do, but right now, I was completely focused on Robin.
