Finally, I joined the stables safely without any problem.

Karim: You're back! I was so scared that something...

Y/N: It's fine and as you can see, I'm still in one piece. What about you? Why are holding your arm like that?

I saw the rough cloth he put around and he told me about the deep cut he had under it. He got hit by a sword but he manage to quickly wrapped it. I asked him to wait for me while I would go into the woods to find some good herbs that would heal the wound faster.

Karim: Y/N! Are you crazy?! The invasion just happened and the royal battalion still haven't checked the forest if they're still here nor if it's safe! You could get attacked and if I-

Y/N: Karim... We can't afford to be out of service here for too long, you know it. I will go get the plants and anyway, I know they won't be back. Their leader's been captured, I saw it with my own eyes. So, trust me.

On that, I went on and still kept my pitchfork close to me. Twenty minutes after, I had found everything I needed and went back on my track. I took the time to look through the branches and hear some birds singing after all the heavy atmosphere that death had brought upon the Kingdom. The peace and life were back again. I then heard the hooves of a horse running nearby. I jumped behind some bushes and waited for the rider to pass. Running really fast, I had still been able to see the armour of the most well-known knight shining under the small fuzzy light of the sun through the clouds. I continued my way back to the stales without question. I arrived by another door and since there was blood on me, I changed the long skirt I was wearing for pants that my brother gave me there's some years ago, since they had shrink and were my size now. Knowing it would bring trouble to be a girl in pants, I tied up my hair/fur, put a large hat to cover them and took an old vest that was given to us for work. My face a little dirty, people could confuse me for a boy and that was exactly what I wanted. Now, I was Mirak. It was a name that I had come up with my brother and since his name was Karim, we only has to switch the letters of order.

Karim: Y/- Mirak! Someone was looking for you!

Y/N: Who?

Karim: Oh Chaos, have you run into problems again?!

Y/N: Wait, what did I do?

Karim: I don't know what you've done but there was the highest-ranking knight of the Round-Table asking where you were! Oh, what have you done...

Y/N: I swear I did nothing this time! I don't even know what business he have to do with me either, don't blame me.

I pout but I was actually pretty curious of the reason of this search for me. If I had ran into trouble, I was completely ignorant of the reason. I shrugged it off and began to make a natural patch with the herbs I took. I crushed the plants into a bowl and when it was mixed enough I asked my brother to show me his arm with the wound. I put the mixture on and I put the bandage back. After this, we put everything back in place and took-out the man that were lying onto the floor. I swiped my arm to take off the sweat on my forehead and sighted from the work. I looked around and saw some people talking in front of the main stales' doors.

Karim: It's the King and his knights...

Y/N: Back of a horse, I'm doomed. Don't tell them I'm here if they ask you.

Karim: I'm gonna get beheaded if I lie to the King!

Y/N: Then don't.

I went inside of a box and quickly took a horse there. Suddenly, there was the sound of the armours getting inside. I opened the door of the box and began to walk behind the horse, so they wouldn't be able to see my face.

K. Arthur: So?

Lancelot: She told me she was working here, I have not mistaken her saying. I'm sure of it.

C'mon, c'mon, c'mon.

I walked passed by them and the voice of my brother I heard.

Karim: Euh, I think she left again some moments ago.

I took a step more further than the other because of the stress and a quick clinking of an armour was suddenly behind me. I felt a strong grip on my wrist and I looked back while I was still holding the horse's rope. My eyes met his crimson ones.
