"Where's papa?" I asked
"Itachi, come here." Fathers deep voice reached me from the his office and I quickly got up.
"Yes?"
"Sit." He gestured to the spot in front of him and I crossed my legs to get comfortable, he placed his hand on my shoulder and smiled softly. "You're a very smart and strong boy, you know that?"
I beamed. "Thank you!"
"I'm going to tell you something but you need to keep it a secret, okay?"
I nodded and he squeezed my shoulder before releasing it. "Y/N's father is not a nice man." My brows furrowed at that, he was usually nice to me?
"He hurts her mama and makes her cry." I gasped and he nodded. "Her mama is trying to protect y/n and is working hard to get away from him. Do you understand what I am saying?"
"Is that why she meets with you in here?" I looked around my father's office.
"Yes. I am helping her but her father cannot know, if he finds out then y/n and her mama will get hurt. Protect, y/n."
"I promise." I nodded and he smiled.
"You're a good boy, Itachi. One day you'll be big and strong and you'll protect everyone easily." He tapped my forehead with his two fingers and my smile grew bigger.
