Y/N

Two weeks later and I was tired of the fucking beep of the machine. It echoed around the room until I felt like i'd blow my brains out.

I was more than ready to get out of this room but if the Doctor asked me 'are you sure?' one more time, I was going to blow his brains out.

"Ooookay," Obito said with what i'm assuming is a smile? "I think she's sure she wants to leave, Doc. Let's get that paperwork done. Now." He emphasized when the doctor still stood there.

Once the doctor left, I raised a brow and he scowled. "Don't look at me like that, you were two seconds away from skinning him alive and you know it."

Huh. Skinning someone alive, sounds fun.

I shook my head at the thought and at Obito. "I was not, I was mildly annoyed."

"If that was mildly annoyed, I'd hate to see you fully annoyed."

My lips twitched and I bit my cheek, over the past two weeks Obito and I had gotten closer- much to Itachi's dismay no doubt. The two things he had that Itachi didn't?

He answers my questions and has the ability to apologize, the stupid motherfucker that should be apologizing and answering my questions have made himself scarce. Not that I cared though- maybe a little.

Okay, maybe a lot.

You're the one who sent him away. Shut the fuck up.

I paused when I realized I was arguing with myself and shook my head to get rid of the contradicting thoughts.

All I knew is that the man I had associated Obito with was nothing but a front he had put up. A story he concocted and one that everyone believed. That he was a hard, unfeeling bastard and one you never came back from if he picked you up.

Seems all the Uchiha's had a story, one made specifically and catered towards them. A few started from their own mouths, like Shisui and others that spread like wildfire.

Like Sasuke, Obito and Itachi.

When I first heard the reputation of Sasuke, I couldn't quite believe it. He was the sweetest kid, smiled the most and laughed the loudest. He was still the same the few times that I had met him this year.

Maybe he didn't give the same loud boisterous laugh or smiled as freely but he still let them loose around me. If Sasuke himself didn't come and talk to me armed with proof, I would still be thinking it wasn't true.

"Are you still stuck on Sasuke?" Obito asked, amusement shining in his eyes.

"Yes!" I huffed. "I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that he's the assassin."

He shook his head. "You'll see it in action when you're coming around. Speaking of coming around, here's what you asked for." He pulled out a folder and handed it to me.

My brows furrowed, it was much smaller than I expected. A week ago, after ironing out details with Obito about me participating in his.. hobbies. I asked him to supply me with a list of people in the organization I wasn't allowed to kill.
