"Hi Y/N-innie~, I'm going in the direction of your place and I was wondering if you wanted to stop by a restaurant."

I smiled while looking at my nails. I let out a smile, "Yeah, sure."

Lee Know had never been over to my house, and to be honest, I've never gone out with him outside of practice. When he knocked on my door, he was wearing sweatpants, a white t-shirt with the arms rolled up, and sneakers. I felt comfortable in the raggedy house clothes I was wearing.

He didn't dare come in knowing it was an intimate move.

I said, "Let me get my bag. Where are we going by the way?" I walked away from the door and his eyes took a peak around. I can tell he's a curious person in general so it was a little cute to see his big boba eyes looking around.

"We're going to a cat café." I stopped in my tracks. I knew he had a special love for cats.

But, alas, I am allergic. I didn't wanna break his poor heart because he already ranted enough about Soongie, Doongie, and Dori.

But, I felt bad.

And, a little too nervous to tell the truth so instead I evaded.

I dropped my purse on the ground, "Oh noooo! You know what I just realized?" He cocked his eyebrow at me while giving me that deadpan blink.

"I have to get my wisdom teeth removed today!" He crossed his arms not wanting to edge anything on, "Okay."

He let out a small breath leading me to think he was upset.

I mean, I would be upset too if I drove to his house just for me not to go. He probably is gonna feel awkward about eating alone. It made me feel extremely bad for lying. I just don't wanna knock down his interest.

"Wait..."

He was already halfway out the door before he turned around on his heel to look at me.

"Yes?"

I looked down twiddling my fingers. "I don't have a dentist appointment." He was still standing at the door frame scanning me over quickly. "I'm allergic to cats."

His dramatic ass gasped and fell to the ground.

I laughed instantly feeling the awkwardness leave the air. He got up like nothing happened and walked further from the door.

"Fine, we can go somewhere else."

I smiled and walked with him after grabbing my purse. I got in his nice-smelling clean car. It was so nice in here, it made me happy. Lee Know got out of the park and began to drive off.

I looked out the window absentmindedly thinking to myself. It felt comfortable not to speak. Lee Know isn't the type to invite people into his space either, so it felt vulnerable to be even in his car.

Lee Know said, "Hey. Why didn't you just tell me you're allergic to cats." I watched the stoplight as his turn signal clicked and clacked. "Uhm, I didn't want to disappoint you."
