Felix entered the house, Reginald was at the bar having beer. He came passing and greeted him but Reggie angrily stopped him.
Reggie: Can you tell me where you've been for these past days? You think you're matured enough to do as you wish right.
Felix: And who are you to ask me that?
Harriet: He's your elder brother! [ She came out of her room ] Felix you left the house without informing anyone and kept us worried.
Felix: Mum I'm sorry but I had to go. Sorry I made you worried but he shouldn't act as if he cared because all of us know he's never cared.
Reggie: I don't care but to keep mum worried I won't permit you.
Felix: Just fuck off! [ Reggie angrily hit him hard, their mother stepped between them ]
Harriet: Stop it! Reggie I've told you this is not the best way to settle your differences. What has come upon you both, can't we ever live in peace.
Reggie: Mum don't side with him, can't you see you've spoilt him.
Harriet: Don't tell me what to do, he's your brother not your business rival. He wouldn't be like this if you treated him better. [ she turned to Felix ] Let me see, are you hurt? [ Reggie left, she cared for his son]
Jackson's Residence
Maclean dropped Anna back home after they took the kids to school. The stood outside and talked.
Anna: I clearly remember you said you will take care of them so....
Maclean: Yeah I said that because I wanted to but I realised it can't be possible. I have a whole business to handle and much problems to solve.
Anna: I work and still cater for my family, what's your problem?
Maclean: I can't always be around, in fact they need you. Can you please come back?
Anna: I'm useless. Why would you say such a hurtful thing to someone you just met. I love your siblings a lot and that makes me bad.
Maclean: I'm sorry, I misunderstood your intentions and I'm really sorry. You love them more than I even do and such good people are difficult to come by. Please...
Anna: I want to turn you down but there's this thing inside, huh! I love them so much so I'll say yes. [ she smiled making him smile as well ]
Maclean: Thanks soo much, I really appreciate. [ He promised to get them from school and bring them to her house, she accepted. Mondy watched this through the window with this sour feeling ]
