Osman's Building
Anna was at her desk working when Victor approached her with a cup of coffee. He placed it on her desk carefully as she smiled at him.
Anna: Thanks Victor...
Victor: Always welcome my Monalisa. How's work?
Anna: I'm worried about you, how are you coping with the new environment?
Victor: It's far better than my formal work place. [ she nodded ] You see that mirror infront of my desk? [ he pointed it to her and she nodded ] I can see your pretty face from it. [ she smiled ]
Anna: You're not serious, go back to work.
Victor: Okay ma'am, lunch?
Anna: Whatever! Please leave...[ he smiled and left ]
At the close of the day Anna went to pick the children from school as usual. But when they arrived home this time, there was a guy in the house as Ethel attended to him. The kids rushed to embrace him happily, Anna stood behind and smiled on seeing them happy. His name was Maclean and he was the elder son of Mr. Osman and his late wife Lily Osman. He's been away for 4 years now, Maxy and Nancy were barely 7 years when he left.
Maclean: Did you miss me?
Nancy: A lot boss.
Maxy: Boss meet Miss Anna, she's our nanny. [ he stared at her, Anna let out a hand ]
Anna: Hello I'm Anna, I've heard a lot about you. [ he ignored her]
Maclean: Come on let's go, I got some things for you. [ they happily followed, Anna felt really bad. Ethel came up to her ]
Ethel: Don't worry okay, I know him very well. He has a good heart.
Anna: If not for something I would have kicked his butt.
Ethel: If not for the love you have for his father. [ Anna hit her ]
Anna: Go and finish your work lazy bones.
This time Anna didn't have dinner with them and went home after Mr. Osman arrived.
