Oval's Owl house theory: How does the archivists work?

Please note the following are just random guest on a Owl house factor that may never get resolved.

Ovalsan's log: It been almost 2 years since the Owl House ended and as I'm as font as how it ended there are still things that bugged me with some of the obvious by sounding like a broken record on Gravefleld but for something new on the archives how do they work both as a group and as individuals best if I break it down into each with some new editions.

Theory one: How do they work as a group?

Even if some think they may act as a hive mind but even Hive's need leaders a head archivalist if you will, that who the main villain be in the next our house series could be but he won't be easy to defeat with Luz's  usual means that is.

Theory two: How do they work separately?

Now how do they work separately and tell each other apart well it's a simple answer each turns who or what into any medium any of them sees fit for example the armory could turn the strongest it defeated into any weapon the zoologist animals and just to make a long story short any professional archetype and if there are those that are more redeemable others is yet to be seen.

Theory three: Where could the collectors find the archivist and will they accept him?

Now where the collects could find them well a hall of record is the best place to start looking but if so will they shut them out like last time and even if he tells them about King being the last Titan they won't care but if they are not with the collector try to find them where they went and what caused it?

Let's say they took something there not supposed to take and can oh hunt them down and end them for good while those that got away may put walls up to keep whatever that could hurt them and or kill them, like say a something of the higher planes if you know what I mean?
