the next morning was unbelievable warm, I woke up to a warm sweat, I looked around and the majority of the boys looked worse as all of them were topless, as I stood up I realised just how bad it was, I didn't care that there was guys around I took off my shirt too, I was just in my bra and shorts, and headed outside for breakfast and saw that everyone was shirtless and they all seemed to be complaining about the heat.
I got a few looks from some guys as their eyes were glued to my slender frame and chest, Alby whispers to Minho so no one hears, "remember your responsibility and" before he could finish speaking Minho finishes what Alby was going to say, "don't catch feelings, I know" Minho said with a sigh as he couldn't help but look not just at your body but your beauty he admires everything about you from the way you walk from the way you hair shimmers in the light, I walk over oblivious to what has just been said I sit beside Minho and across from Alby and ben like normal, but newt was sitting with Jeff, I suppose that is what he has to do for a few days, "no" Minho says as he takes one look at me, I stare at him, "everyone else is shirtless the heat is killing me" I say as I place my head on the table as I didn't get myself breakfast because the heat was making me feel ill, "well put a shirt on" Minho suggests as ben nudges him and shakes his head, Minho gives ben a dirty look at his suggestion.
"are the others suppose to work in this heat? I don't think I can run in this heat" Ben asks Alby, Alby thinks for a moment, "do you think everyone should have a day off?" he asks, everyone at the table nods, Alby then stands up and walks to the front of everyone, "due to the weather, today is going to be a rest day, look after yourself and make sure you are drinking enough" he says as he then turns to leave to do something, "guess we have the day off, and what is Alby doing, isn't he having a day off?" I ask, Minho shrugs his shoulders, "I don't know Alby mentioned something about sorting through some of the supplies we received with Jeff" I nod in acknowledgment, "is the Jeff kid useful?" Minho asks me, "he will be fine, I think he wants to be more like clint though, not sure if he is a fan of blood, how is your cut?" I ask him, "yeah its fine" he says as he as he stares at Ben who awkwardly laughed a little, "sorry it was an accident".
I look at ben surprised, "so you are the idiot I heard about?" I say jokingly, Ben chuckles a little as he scratches his neck awkwardly, then Minho chuckles and playfully hits Ben, "don't be so sorry I know it was an accident you just have two left feet sometimes, I have no clue how you are a runner" Minho remarks, "hey come on" Ben says as he couldn't help but laugh a little, chuck then approaches the table, his face is bright red from the heat, "hey chuck" I said to him, "hey me and Winston where wondering if you want to play cards with us?" he asks the three of us, I look at Minho and ben then back at chuck, "I am up for it", Minho and ben agree too.
we heat to the shared room as it offered some shade out of the sun, it was not much cooler but it was an improvement, we were in a circle I was lying on my stomach as Minho passes me a blanket, "cover up a little at least" he mutters, I nod and take the blanket and Minho sits beside me, as we played for a few hours until Alby enters, "hey Ably" chucks says as he greets him with a smile, "hey" he responds to chuck then he looks at me, "yn can I borrow you" I look up and him, "yeah sure" I place my cards on the floor, I will join next round play without me" I say as I get up from the refreshing cold floor and leave and follow Alby.
"what do you need me for?" I ask him, Alby picks up a box and hands it to me, "careful it is heavy, it is new medical supplies", I take the box as I struggle a little to hold it, "ok thanks Alby" I say as I head to the med-bay, it is nearing late afternoon, as I get to the Med-bay I feel a little faint, "hey clint, you know it is your day off right?" I say as I see him, "what are you up to?" I ask him another question, he walks over to me as I then see jeff in the room, "we were just chatting, I was telling him about the med-bay" he told me, "its a rest day, you two go and hang out outside or something" I say as I reach up to put the heavy box in the cabinet, then my vision starts to go black, I try and focus as I almost put the box away, then complete darkness.
I wake up with a throbbing headache, lying in a bed in the med-bay and I look around, it was daker than I remembered and colder, I shiver a little as i move i grunt a little as my head is killing me, "yn you ok?" i hear Minho ask, "my head.." i say as my voice trailed off, "here take this yn" clint says as he hands me some water and two pills, i open my eyes to see who is in the room with me as i take a drink of water and the pills, i see Minho, clint, Jeff and Alby, "have you drank much today?" Clint asks me, "i don't think so" i say unsure, "no wonder" Minho says, "what happened?" i asked them, "you fell and hit your head" clint explain, "how long have i been out?" i ask, "just a few hours thankfully" Alby responded, i shiver a bit as it was the beginning of the night and was noticeably colder, "told you earlier you should of covered up" Minho says as he laughs at me, "shut up Minho i am too sore" i complain as i turn and bury my head in the pillow, "i actually brought you a jumper because i know how amazing you think i am" Minho says sarcastically as he hands me a blue jumper, "thanks" i mutter as i put it on, it was a little big but not massive, "no problem it doesn't fit me anyway you can just keep it" Minho says.
i hear some voices outside, "what is going on out there?" i ask, "i party" clint responds, i look at Ably confused, "since they got the day off the want to celebrate" Alby says as he shrugs, "you don't need to stay here with me i am fine, go have fun, the pills are starting to work already" i say, after some convincing they all leave for the party.
an hour or so later, my headache was completely gone and i felt perfectly fine, more than just fine actually, i felt weird, i stood up and wabbled on my feet, after a few moments i stood up straight and i walked to the party where there was a bonfire, "hiya" i say as i see Minho walk over to me, he stand close to me, "yn you should be in bed" i look up and him and i place my hand on his chest, "no i don't i feel fine" i say in a giggly tone, "you are acting weird remember you were knocked out for a few hours" Minho reminded me as he looked at me confused, i stepped closer to him and looked up into his brown eyes, "you have nice eyes" i say smiling at him as I walk off.
Minho chuckled rather confused, "ok there is something up with you" he says as he tries to take me back to the med-bay, "nope not going there" i say as i turn and run away, i hear Minho chuckle a little, as he shakes his head as he watches me run off, "newt!" i say as i see him, "why hello yn" newt says in his British accent as he is a little drunk on gallys drink.
"and how are you on this fine evening?" i ask him while giggling, "i could say the same for you" he responds laughing too, Alby walks over to us, "uh shouldn't you be in bed?" Alby asks, then Minho walks over, "trust me i tried" Minho tell him as they look at me then back at newt, i turn to Minho and playfully hit his chest, "you clearly didn't try hard enough" i say giggling again, "care to join me in drinking some water" newt asks me in a joking tone as he holds him hand up which was holding gally drink, "of course my good sir" i say laughing, as me and newt linked arms then ran off,
"i don't care what you say there is something off with her" Minho says sarcastically to Alby, "clint!" Alby shouts as Clint walks over to them, "was that yn that just-" but he was cut of before he could finish, "did you give yn the right dosage of the pills?" Alby asks him, Clint looks a little flustered, "yeah yn told me for every guy that we treat to give them two pills" he states nervously, "she is clearly not a guy she is half the size of most guys here" Minho says sarcastically, "ah i see what has happened" Clint says, Alby then gestures him to leave, "keep an eye on her too" Alby tells Minho before he leaves, Minho smirks a little.
