I decided to try my hand at drawing after 5 years...It was a nostalgic experience that I'm hoping I can keep up on and improve upon in the future.
(Unedited)

I came into consciousness with someone poking the bottom of my pads with something sharp.

"Wolfy stop that. We can let her rest for a little while longer..." Freija's familiar mischievous tone had disappeared entirely and was similar to that of Pops after seeing me the morning after Hell week...the second morning after. I was usually too tired to get out of bed the next day after due to how much of my body was sore and hurt, and thankfully he was always nice enough to let me as he knew how hard it was on me...hopefully.

I groaned and pulled in my feet, trying to bury myself in the comfort of the grass and the nice, warm feeling of the suns' light...I shot awake, causing Wreign to jump back just as surprised, and checked the time:

8:30am

It was 8am!? I'd never slept past eight in the morning!

Was last night so taxing on me mentally that I just shut down for the night? Was I drugged somehow by those two Felids? No, she left before I'd fallen asleep again...so that only meant that I was just that comfy sleeping out in a field of wild grass. Then again, it had been a while since I've done this--maybe instead of sleeping in a box inside every day I should try sleeping outside again once in a while...

"See she's up and awake now--Ow!" There was a muted boom in the space behind me. I turned around--realizing that I had even started turning and looking around earlier--and saw Wreign indented as a small crater in the ground.

"You idiot!" Freija yowled at him, "She was so adorable. Why did you have to go and ruin that?!" Was Freija pouting??

"Foxy, you don't have to be so rough with me still...last night was--" A larger crater was made and Freija looked everywhere but at my eyes with a slightly redder tinge under the fur of her face.

"Don't you go about spreading rumors of something that didn't happen." She growled. He groaned and tore himself out of the larger indentation in the ground, looking over at her with a sly smirk.

You know you lik--" He was encased in a barrier, one of Foxy's that cut off all sound and said box was then flung East; Back, deep into the forest. I looked at her confused, slightly wanting to know what had happened and slightly assuming.

She shook her head and pointed a finger at me, the claw extended and glowing sharp, "Now don't you go and making assumptions of what happened between the two of us in the forest. It was just a series of unfortunate circumstances and that's that." I decided to let the subject drop for now and took that as the time to properly stretch for the morning; though, the way she watched me while doing so made me partially regret the action, but I felt good afterwards so it 'wasn't that unnerving...

"I'll never get tired of watching you stretch like that," She commented, I went back West towards the path out, but she didn't seem interested in another topic. "It's so fascinating to see how flexible you are as a Felid-Kin...makes me pretty jealous actually."

"You're pretty flexible for a Vulpine-Kin you know; not many can go running around laughing whilst dodging blades and arrows as you do." Reminding her of the repetitive sparring matches she'd wanted every time I increased in at least ten levels. "Until I reach Level one-hundred I'm never accepting a sparring match with you again..."

"Awww," she whined, "Come on, please don't do that do me. You know I can't help it--"

"Yeah--yeah. "It's a part of my Foxy nature"...or whatever." I recited, "But why does it come out every time we're sparring?"
