As we walked away, we entered a desert. The heat was close to unbearable. I was soaking in sweat. "Do we have any more water?" Lloyd, who was also drenched, threw the water bottle to me. "Barely."

"You two all right?" Garmadon asked us from a little a head. "Yeah, we're fine." Lloyd lowered his voice so I would only hear him. "Just dying in the heat." I couldn't helped smile a little bit. "I'm probably going to melt at this rate." He just laughed and picked me up. "No melting without me." I hit him on the chest with a dramatic gasp. "Oh no, it's to late for me."

"If you two are done, we're here." Garmadon called back. He sounded done with both of us. "Coming!" Lloyd put me down and ran to his father. When we got to the top of the hill, we saw below us a giant skeleton. It looked like either a dinosaur or a dragon. The closer we got the more sure I am that it is a dragon. "The Samurai X symbol."

Lloyd had found the symbol. It was a button from the looks of it. Lloyd pressed on it which made the jaws open. "Wow." I was amazed. How much free time did this girl have? They all had unique designs and all had the same color palate. It was a giant plate form and it looked like a bottomless pit under us. Ten points for aesthetic.

"Whoa! How did Nya have time to build all this? Maybe I should've been a Samurai instead." Lloyd looked around impressed. "Only Nya could pull something like this off."

"Why must everything have so many weapons?" Garmadon was less impressed. He pulled off a cover on a car. It was definitely made for fighting. But it looked amazing. There were two seats on the back. Literally.

"Says the man who had four arms to possess the Golden weapons." Lloyd hit his father lightly and gestured for me to follow him. "Haha, I deserved that." As Lloyd was about to get in the driver seat, Garmadon stopped him. "I swore off fighting, not driving." I nodded before strapping down on to one of the back seats. As soon as we were all in the seats, Garmadon put the petal to the metal and drove to a wall that started to open.

We drove for a while before stopping at a river. Lloyd hopped down to get a drink. When he did Garmadon pulled me behind the car. "You are an elemental master. Why haven't told anyone?" I stared at him in surprised. "What are you talking about? I don't have any powers. Never have."

He looked at me in disbelief. "So you think those shadows just decided to throw the robot off you." I do admit that was weird. "There is a reason for that and it isn't me. I would know if I had a power of any kind."

"Trust me. You won't. I have know many elemental masters in my life. Most don't know unless they are shown. There is proof right in front of you. Why can't you see it?" He looked over to Lloyd for a moment before turning back to me. "I don't need to see anything. There is no proof." He might be right. But I wasn't the one who was destined to inherit that power. To was my brother. It was always supposed to be him.

"I know who your mother is. You got her powers." No I didn't. I'm nothing like her. I can't be. "When you learn to accept this fact I can train you to control it before it controls you. The darkness is a pesky thing." Darkness. What is he talking about?

"Where to now?" Lloyd came to where we were. He looked over to me concern. I gave a small thumbs up as a response. "As far away as possible." Garmadon left the two of us and went to get a drink himself.

"What happened? What were you two talking about?" He makes me want to tell him. But his father is probably wrong. Right? "Nothing. He was just talking about training me once this is all over." Lloyd didn't seem to believe my lie.

"Alright but if he ever makes you feel uncomfortable again, if anyone does, yell for me and I'll be there." His words touched my heart. He seemed to care. But that is probably just how he is as a person. "Thanks. I will."
