Orchid romance

After taking a much needed shower, I went back to Borg's office. Where most people were making a plan. "We know that as long as Pythor is still out there, this will not end. So we need to find him." I sat down next to Zane, who was staring a P.I.X.A.L..

"We can fan out and cover ground to find him. Some people will have to stay here and monitor for frequencies they might be using to communicate." This isn't really making a plan as a team as it is Garmadon, Wu, and P.I.X.A.L.. Everyone looked wiped out. Zane was maybe the only one of us who looked semi-functional. Good for him. I could fell my eyes trying to close. 

Suddenly the doors opened to show a very beat up Lloyd. "Lloyd!" Everyone got and run to him. All of the guys hugged him, making it a dog pile of sorts. "Hey guys. You mind getting off?" As soon as they did he went over to his dad. They had a heart touching reunion. They both didn't say a word but hugged instead. 

"Where is (Y/N)?" He started to look around. I guess I was hiding behind Nya so he didn't see me. "I'm here." He paused to look at me for a moment before rushing to me. Within seconds I was in his arms. "Your alive." His voice was so close to my ear. 

"So are you." We pulled apart and stared at each other for a moment. "You idiot! Do you know how much you scared me! Next time some crazy thing is threatening you with anyone, you run the other way!" I started to hit is shoulder after a second Lloyd caught my hand. "Okay okay, I won't ever get caught again, beside I told you I would come back." He was still smiling at me. 

"If you two are done, we should get back to planning our next move." Wu was already looking back at the map in front of him. We both gave each other a last smile before turning our attention back to the map. "Each of you will need to-" 

"Actually I would like to do something before we continue." Lloyd spoke up before Wu could finish his sentence. "I would like to give some of my power to the guys." We all stood quietly. The guys looked ecstatic and patted him on the back. Garmadon did not look that happy with the choice. Before Garmadon could say a word, Wu spoke. "It is your power, so it is your choice what to do with it. We will need to go back to the temple of light."

Temple of light? I thought that place was a myth. Considering that the Overlord is real, it makes sense that place is too. "How long will it take?" Nya stared at the map for a moment before answering. "The whole journey there and back will take about two days, we won't be sailing this time. So it should be easier than last time." She answered my question after a moment. 

"Everyone we will need to go to the destiny's bounty. It's back at the samurai X cave." Nya started to head out. So we all did. As we went, P.I.X.A.L. called all of the ninja over to her to show them something.

Lloyd, who has been by my side the whole time, hesitated to go. "Everything alright?" He looked at me. Scanning my whole face, heck all of me entirely, looking for something. "Yeah I'm alright. Are you sure you're not hurt?" I was decently surprised by the question. "I'm fine, you should go and see what P.I.X.A.L wants." Other than a couple bruises I'm fine. 

He gave a reluctant nod and left. Out of the two of us. He is probably more hurt. Why would he be worried about me? "(Y/N), we must talk." Wu appeared right next to me. I wonder what this could be about. I nodded and he gestured me to follow him. We ended up walking an office room. 

"Garmadon tells me you are an elemental master. Is this true?" Great, this. "Not really. He thinks that I can control shadows." Wu hummed and walked towards the window. "You do not think the same?"

"No I don't. If your looking for an elemental master in my family, it would be my brother." I looked out the window with Wu. The city had been pretty destroyed. This will take a long time to get back to normal. "And why would he have the ability and not you?" That seems like a dumb question. "Because that's who my mom picked. She wanted him to have her powers. Is that how it works?"
