I freeze for a moment as I look at him. What is he doing here? "What are you doing here?" I whisper yelled at him as I checked our surroundings. How did he sneak up on me? I was being through, at least I thought so.

"I had a feeling you weren't going to be able to sleep and I wasn't able to sleep. So I was actually going to go to your room." He shrugged as he walked closer to me. If I had my eyes closed I would have never guessed that he was there. There was no sound as he moved. Absolutely none.

"Oh." That is a little strange that he was heading over to my room this late but I don't think he's lying. "So what are you doing?" He whispered to me as we continued to walk upstairs. At least he wasn't going to try and stop me. "I'm going to find Cole." 

While we are on the stairs he grabs my hand to make me stop walking. "There's no point right now. Trust me." He was concerned. But I do not care right now. I need to put my mind at ease. I need to know if he's hurt. "I just want to know if he's hurt."

"And what if he is? what then?" There is no way he is going to convince me other wise. "Then I get him out of there. Even if he isn't hurt. If I can find him. I can rescue him." I tug my hand out of his grip and continue walking. "Then you'll have a whole island of people coming after you."

I stop and turn around to face him. He was calm and I should probably listen. "Then what am I supposed to do? I can't stand by and not know if he's being hurt." I made sure my voice stayed at a whisper. "Wait until the time is right. Look I want to go after him to but at the moment we can't. We don't have the ability to take on a whole army right now."

Him and his stupid logic. "Fine. What now." There is no way I'm gonna be able to sleep. "Come on, you're obviously not going to go to sleep and neither am I." He started walking up the stairs when we heard voices and saw light. They weren't far away from us and we didn't have much time to react. 

We looked at each other and Lloyd got really close to me. "Trust me, okay." I nodded as he lowered himself to place his hands on to back of my thighs. "Jump." It wasn't a question or a request. I did what he said and he lifted me up against him. Walking back so my back was against the wall.

"Relax a little we'll be fine." He muttered as he put his head in the crook of my neck. Ah, I see the plan now. I could see them starting to walk down the stairs towards us as I closed my eyes.

"This better work." I muttered as I felt his breath over my skin. It didn't feel wrong or like I wanted to run away. "HEY! What's going on here?" on of the guards started to walk towards us but stopped as his voice trailed off. Lloyd sighed and turned his head slightly to look at the guard. 

"Sorry, didn't mean to interrupt." The guard looked as both terrified and awkward. I glanced at Lloyd and now I know why he's scared. Lloyd looked like he was about to tear this guy to shreds. "But you two need to head back to you're rooms. Later." The other guard started but also got scared. 

"We will, don't worry about it." Lloyd glanced back at me smirking. I know he doesn't mean what he's insinuating. But I can help my heart pounding against my ribs. This is a picture I will not forget for years. Thank goodness shadow can't talk right now.

The guards nodded and started to leave, but kept glancing back at us. Lloyd moved his head back into my neck, making sure that they couldn't see him. Since they were still watching us like creeps, I started to do a little acting of my own. I moved my hands into his hair. Which was so soft. What shampoo and conditioner does this guy use?

"Are they gone yet?" He muttered out as they finally where out of eye sight. "They're gone." Lloyd leaned back and looked at the direction they went. "If you still want to. I want to show you something I found on our first night." He gave me a small smile when he turned his attention back to me. "I would love too. But you might need to put me down for that." Honestly, I wouldn't have brought it up if we didn't need to start moving.
