Reyansh entered the conference room, and took his seat beside Chirag..
Chirag stood up to greet his team..
He then introduced them to Simran, who shook hands with each..
They moved on to the case..
As the team saw the victim's body, a sense of anger rushed in each officer, it was a horrible crime..
They schooled their anger soon and began discussing the case..
Rey spoke first:"The forensic reports will be here next week, till then we need to look for the victim's family.."
Chirag sighed:"There has been no missing complaint on his name.."
Rey:"But his face is unrecognisable Chirag, how can the police say that then?"
Chirag:"There has been no missing complaint of a boy in this area..I told the other areas' police to check too, but I don't think we would get a clue..the victim has a strange thing.."
He took out a file and showed it to the team, he shared the copies with each member..
Chirag explained:"The victim is a mere 18 year old...kuch saal pehle, ek aisa serial killer Delhi mein bhi tha, he used to kidnap men and women of different ages, but each had something in common...young boys who were homosexual, men and women who couldn't reproduce, working ladies, divorced women, some men who worked as chefs.. basically all those people who didn't fit the so called societal norms for men and women..."
He turned to the screen and showed them the Delhi report file:"The killer was never caught, but killings stopped after 2020, and now, after 4 years, they're back.."
Aastha:"But how're you so sure?"
Chirag:"Our victim most probably had Klinefelter's syndrome, and it was quite visible, because as per the symptoms of this disorder, our victim too, had enlarged breasts....which means, by what the old societal norms say, he wasn't a perfect man..."
Aastha:"But that's rubbish"
Chirag:"True, but not for the killer..this one wants to make the world perfect, which isn't according to his or her beliefs.."
Shekhar:"So that means it's someone from the older stigma generation.."
Simran interrupted:"Not necessarily, I think it's from this generation..the so called cool Gen Z.."
Shekhar looked at her in confusion:"But they support feminism, gender equality and such modern terms, why would a person from such a generation be so conservative?"
Simran:"We are forgetting the fact that today's generation is highly influenced by social media..while there are posts about cerebral equality, there are always other people posting and commenting about things that are wrong, some want the society to be the same as it was, before modernization.."
She looked at Chirag, who nodded and settled on his seat..
She stood up and opened something on the laptop, a statistical information of today's generation's favourite content appeared on the projector, it was an article by a media channel..
Simran:"First of all, the victim was brutally tortured and killed..this means the killer is very strong physically, thus most probably ruling out the older generation...secondly, this survey showed that maximum children, youngsters and even working adults at times watch content about so called Alpha male and female...which basically tells them how a Alpha male or female reacts to a particular situation.."
She played a video that had even been reported in police..
In the video, a male with lean and thin body and a slightly high pitched voice was bullied and even hit by some boys of the college..
