The reason I am including Lexington POV because I feel like everyone just talks down on the sideline chick's. I mean, yeah they wrong but they have feelings too!!

Locked Out

True Bennington POV

I was tired of playing this damn game with Mando. It was currently 11:36 p.m and I wasn't staying up all night and waiting for her again.

"Hello?" she said, her voice weary and laughing.

She was high. As usual.

"When you bring yo ass home?" I asked, growing irritated.

"I'll be home around 12 babe, I promise." she said ending the call.

I knew she wouldn't be home in time. Maybe I should text Don and ask her what to do.

Me: what should I do if Mando isn't home when she says?
Don: Lock that ass out

That's exactly what I would. I laid on the couch watching the time roll by.

11:45 p.m.

I responded to Dons text message while watching the door. Blushing when she said that she missed me.

11:50 p.m.

I was on the phone with Don, ranting about my dumb ass girlfriend who didn't know how to come home. Don said I'm better without her.

11:59 p.m.

I was standing up to lock the door with the chain. I knew she wouldn't be here within the minute. I waited just in case.

12:00 a.m.

Mando had of course not come home on time. But I didn't care right now. I found myself enjoying Don's company more and more.

Whether we were on the phone, texting, or hanging out, I preferred her company over Mando's.

And that couldn't be good.

Mandolin Carter POV

I was absolutely livid. I checked my phone again to make sure she hadn't texted or called me back.

1:15 a.m.

Why won't she answer me? I know she hear me banging on the damn door.

Finally she responded to me in a text message.

True: Stop banging on the door. Don & I can't sleep with all the damn noise.

My heart dropped. She had Don inside our apartment? And locked me out?

If anything, I pounded harder and harder. The neighbor lady opened the door and glared at me.

"Knock one more time and I'm calling the cops." she said, slamming her door.

I decided to call Lexi. Maybe she'd let me come spend the night at her house. I haven't spoken to her all day anyways.

I called her repeatedly and got no response.

Why is everyone ignoring me?

I called the only person I know who'd never ignore me.

Jay.

Lexington Wells POV

I looked at ringing phone and rolled my eyes. If Mandolin doesn't stop fucking calling me.

I touched my newly done weave and ran my fingers through it. I smacked on some eyeliner and some deep purple lipstick.

"Lexington, you're going out because you deserve it. You've been stuck on a bitch that ain't yours." I said, adding a coat of mascara to my false lashes. "And you looking mighty thick too."
