Elizabeth sighed and dismounted from her horse, she had avoided her mothers conversation whilst they were out riding and hoped by the time her mother caught up she would have forgotten the topic.

"Harmony! Don't do that. Listen, kid, please". Rachel pulled her own horse into the stable and jumped off Rachel moving toward the blonde and holding the girl by the shoulders looking into her eyes. "I know it's difficult but, look... how would you feel about Kitty joining the family?" "That's great! I always wanted a sister!" Rachel looked at her daughter dumbfounded, the girl surely couldn't think she wanted to adopt the women. "I want to marry her Harm. We're going to look at a venue this weekend and I want you there." Harmony stood staring at Rachel for a moment.

"What about the last time you were married? What happened there?" Rachel stepped back from the girl and stared at her dumbfounded, "some things just don't work Harm." Harmony didn't like the answer and decided instead to leave the situation, she turned and ran out of the barn.
They weren't far from the house but her uncle Sam's was still closer so she made her way to his, hoping the man wouldn't question her presence.
Elizabeth found herself talking out loud as she marched to the house, she didn't even register her English accent slipping out or a few French phrases leaving her mouth.

She was stood pacing in her uncles porch when a voice from behind startled her "you okay kiddo?" "Uncle Sam! You gave me a fright!". Sam looked at the girl and smiled, he could feel a tear forming in the corner of his eye as he really looked at his niece. "Elizabeth?" Elizabeth ran into her uncles arms and let her own tears fall thankful to finally be hearing her own name again. "My precious girl god how I have missed you." Elizabeth smiled and held her uncle, "he can't marry her".

"Harmony! There you are!" The two broke apart, turning to look at Rachel who was walking up the track towards them. "Mom. I have to make a phone call." The girl ran off inside her uncles house, he just shrugged and looked at his longest friend. "Teenagers eh".

London

Elizabeth was sat with her Auntie Brittany watching over some choreography videos when her phone rang. "Excuse me". The girl left the room and hid in the cupboard under the stairs before answering "hello?"
"Liz. It's now or never. Mom's marrying this woman." "Mom wouldn't do that". "Well she is and we're going to a hotel in two days to check it out so you've gotta get back here!" Harmony sighed "okay, I'll talk to mom tomorrow".

The phone call ended and Harmony took a moment in the closet to steady herself. She couldn't believe what she was hearing, her mother getting married, that was insane. A knock interrupted her musings and she opened the door slowly revealing all three of her aunties. "Erm...hi."

"I knew you weren't Zi!" Brittany squeaked as Harmony was pulled from the cupboard and thrown between the women as they embraced her one by one. The women all began to cry as Harmony was bombarded with questions about herself. "What is all this noise?" Quinn's voice broke the group up as they all turned to face the blonde, eyes red and puffy the woman raised an eyebrow and laughed. "Have I missed something?" The three women pushed Harmony forward slightly as she looked up at her mother sheepishly.

"Mom. I have to go." Quinn laughed and knelt down to meet her daughter eye to eye. "Oh yeah? Where?" "Napa". Quinn felt her breath hitch, she knew who lived there, of course she did. Her ex wife was famous after all. "I have to go because I have to get Elizabeth." Quinn felt her eyes brim with tears, "Harmony?" The women instinctively outstretched her arms and pulled her daughter into an embrace, sobbing uncontrollably into her daughter's shoulder. "I'm so sorry Mom, it's just that I wanted to meet you and Zi wanted to meet Mom. I have to go but I just.....I just want you to love me for me". "My sweet girl I have loved you your entire life."
