Theo's POV:

"Can I get you guys anything else?"

"We're fine Eileen." I waved off the stewardess.

She had just brought us breakfast and we would be landing in 45 minutes.

"Holler if you need anything else, Alpha."

"Yeah. Will do."

She walked away and Mason held his hand out to me.

"Here, Baby."

I held my hand out and let him set my pills in it. I quickly took them with some orange juice just to get it over with. I quietly ate the breakfast sandwich. I was glad to be going home but with the medication and my heat I was still exhausted. Once the meds kick in it is gonna be worse.

"Do you need to use the bathroom before we land, Baby?"

Mason stood up.

"No. I'm good."

"Okay, I'll be right back."

I nodded and moved my legs so he could go. I leaned my head back against the seat and closed my eyes.

"All done?"

I opened my eyes. "Yeah. Thank you."

Eileen smiled and nodded as she took our trash. I leaned my head back and closed my eyes again. I must have dozed off because I jolted when Mason buckled my seat belt.

"We're landing."

My eyebrows furrowed. "How long did you take in the bathroom?"

"Not long. You've been asleep for almost 20 minutes."

"Sorry."

"It's fine, Theo."

I watched him as he packed his backpack and buckled his own seat before he turned and looked out the window.

"Doesn't seem fine." I mumbled.

"It's fine. It's just been a long week. I'm tired, too."

"Sorry."

"Theo.."

"It's fine. Nevermind." I waved him off.

The plane started its descent and he sort of just watched me. Once the plane landed, I unbuckled and grabbed my things before he could and I made my way out of the plane to our SUV. I set my bags in the trunk before pulling off my sweatshirt.

"Where are you going?" Mason asked, stepping up beside me to put his things in the trunk.

"Nowhere. I just don't need my sweatshirt anymore."

"I'm not mad you fell asleep. I don't know why you think I am."

"You snapped at me when I said I was sorry then you ignored me!"

"You have apologized for things out of your control all week and I was just trying to tell you that it's okay and that you didn't need to apologize and I fucking hate flying. That's why I was so quiet. I wasn't ignoring you."

I closed my eyes and held my hand up. "If you hate flying, why the hell would you plan my heat trip somewhere that takes a 12 hour flight?"

"Because you wanted to see the northern lights and how happy they made you and how relaxed you were when your meds were kicked in, was worth it."

I ran a hand over my head and jerked away when he tried to touch me. "Don't." I sighed. "I am so sick of everybody doing shit they don't like just to make me happy. It has been a constant thing since I was a child. Friends and family have always done things they don't like because they wanted to make sure I was happy and its not fucking fun for me to know people don't like things and are doing it because they want me to be happy. It doesn't make me happy knowing that the people I care about are uncomfortable. I can't keep doing this. Just because I'm the Alpha doesn't mean I should get every thing I fucking want. Especially at the expense of other fucking people. Don't fucking touch me!"
