Story #1- The Escape!

It was a nice summer day. The leaves had gone back to a vibrant green, the birds have come back for the summer, and all the other fun things that are a part of summer. You know, bugs. Ew. The bugs are back. No thank you.

Anyway, something very lively was happening in the Butterfly Mansion. It was normally peaceful, but chaos was currently ensuing. Nezuko Kamado's elder brother, Tanjiro, was a demon. He had been for a few years.

She always carried him around in a wooden box to prevent the sun from burning him. However, when she got back to the Butterfly Mansion, he wasn't there. She had been on a mission the night before, and ran into the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, on her way back.

Tanjiro was always rather fond of Muichiro. Likewise, Muichiro was fond of Tanjiro. Nezuko hadn't noticed Tanjiro not being in his box when she was heading back to the Butterfly Mansion... it was strange.

She looked around the entire Mansion, yet couldn't find him. She went to Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira, and asked if she'd seen him. But to no avail, she hadn't seen Tanjiro either. "Did you check the Mist Estate? He might've gone there." Shinobu suggested.

It was helpful, and Nezuko decided to search there next. With a nod, she left the Butterfly Mansion. This had happened before, so she wasn't doubting Tanjiro being there. The time before this was really fun.

Nezuko was on a mission with Tanjiro, and, similar to this time, ran into Muichiro. Tanjiro crawled out of his box, grew to his normal size, then ran up to Muichiro and gave him a hug.

Muichiro hugged him back lightly, giving him a few light pats on the head. It was the gayest shit Nezuko ever saw, and that's saying something. She thought Tanjiro had gone back into his box, but noticed his absense when she got back to the Butterfly Mansion. Just like this time!

After looking around a lot, she found him at the Mist Estate with Muichiro. They were both sound asleep on the floor. Why the floor? Who knows. Nezuko remembers the scene. It was cute to her. They were laying together, completely unaware that they had just been caught. Both were sleeping so peacefully, Nezuko almost didn't want to wake them.

In the end, she did. She then made Tanjiro come back to the Butterfly Mansion.

Back to the present. Nezuko made it to the Mist Estate, and knocked on the door. "Come in!" She heard a voice say. It was Muichiro's. He didn't let just anyone come in. Only a few of the hashira, Tanjiro of course, and sometimes Nezuko. He must've known it was her.

Nezuko opened the door, only to be met with a toddler-size Tanjiro trying to braid Muichiro's hair. Tiny Tanjiro was standing on a stool, while Muichiro sat on the floor. Tanjiro always found braiding hair difficult, and wanted to practice on Muichiro.

Remember the thing that was the gayest thing Nezuko's seen? After seeing Tanjiro be extremely careful and gentle braiding Muichiro's hair, the thing from before is now the second gayest thing she's seen.

Story #2- Mui-dar

Muichiro had been on a long mission. He had been gone for a whole three days! That's a long, long time! Tanjiro couldn't wait for Muichiro to come back anymore. It was so lonely without him.

Sure, he had his sister, but Tanjiro just wanted to see the love of his life. Him and Nezuko were assigned a mission, and on the way back, Tanjiro smelled something familiar.

He escaped from his box, following the sent. Nezuko watched him in confusion. "Tanjiro? Where are you going? You can't just leave like that!" Tanjiro just pointed in the direction the sent was coming from.

He found himself drawn to it, and needed to follow it. He didn't make a sound, just followed the sent with a determined expression. He had to find the source of the familiar sent.

Tanjiro started running off with his little toddler legs. Nezuko followed after him, as she couldn't afford to lose him. He could be burnt by the sun! Or found by a slayer! Maybe even kidnapped by a demon and brought to Muzan!

The risks laid heavy in her mind while she followed the toddler-size demon. Tanjiro came to a halt when he saw where the sent was coming from. A boy with long black hair that faded into teal, matching teal eyes, short...

It was Muichiro! How did he not recognize it immediately? Tanjiro watched Muichiro for a moment before running down the hill to see his beloved.

Muichiro could sense Tanjiro's presence, and stopped walking. Tanjiro made it down the hill, grew a couple feet, then enveloped Muichiro in a tight hug. Muichiro hugged him back. Not as tight as Tanjiro was hugging him, but still a bit tight.

Nezuko watched the scene from the top of the hill. She had a small, soft smile. She loved seeing her brother so happy with the one he loved. All her worries seemed to fade. He would be in good care with Muichiro to protect him.

Story #3- First Kiss

It had been about five-ish days since the Sword Smith Village incident, and Muichiro was still working on recovering. During the whole fight, Tanjiro gained the ability to walk under the sun, and oh did he take advantage of it.

"Mui! Shinobu-san said that you're allowed to come outside with me! Do you want to go for a walk with me? Maybe we can go to the pond I heard about!" Tanjiro exclaimed as he came into Muichiro's room.

"Is that so? Well, I'd love to join you outside. I know some nice places we can go to." Muichiro had a small smile as he said this. (I almost fell asleep while writing this😭😭)

Muichiro got up from his bed and followed Tanjiro outside. The two walked around the garden under the warm sun. It was so peaceful...

Muichiro reached out and held Tanjiro's hand, their fingers lacing together. Tanjiro was at his normal height, so he was actually taller than Muichiro. A whole two inches taller.

They two found the pond Tanjiro was talking about. They found a nice spot in the shade, and just watched the nice cool water. Muichiro rested his head on Tanjiro's shoulder.

Tanjiro pulled him closer, and looked down at the Hashira. Muichiro looked up at him, and the two gave each other soft smiles. Tanjiro pulled Muichiro into a gentle kiss... it's the first time he'd ever been able to do that. And it just felt... right.

Omg guess who finally wrote a oneshot?? Me!! To make up for not writing a oneshot in over a month, I made a three in one!

It's like 1:30am and I almost fell asleep multiple times while writing this✨

Btw, if anyone wants to read a book about the Tokito twins and demon Muichiro, I posted a book dedicated to both of those things! It updates every Monday and Friday and there are only two chapters so far. I hope to see some of you there!
