Oh dingleberry fiddlestick snollygoster what now. Cause there are only 2 possible outcomes of confessing, 99% chance I'll be In my room crying while hero pats my back and tells me there are plenty of fish in the sea and whatever, or, the 1% chance that possibly, hust possibly.....

My thoughts are interrupted by a notification on my phone. Oh, jeez basil texted me.

Kel: Oh easy, I'll tell him I like him, then run away and hide >:D

Kel: Thanks, basil, but I doubt it's really gonna work out, to be honest

Basil: Oh jeez, do you need, like, proof he likes you back? I mean, I could have taken a million photos today of him blushing at you, and we only hung out for a little while.

Kel: Well, do you have the photos?

Basil: I would if you bought me a new camera, you did break mine with your basketball.

Kel: That was 5 years ago. Oh my gosh, let it go, please ｡ﾟ(ﾟ'Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

Basil: okay okay, well, although I don't have the photos, please do realize, I'm not just saying this to be supportive, I really do think it's all gonna work out with you two, okay?

Kel: Okay... but remember $30 if it doesn't work out

Basil: Yeah, yeah, anyways, I gtg. I have to make some pesto for dinner.

I put my phone in my pocket and headed inside, greeted by Hero and my mom rushing out the door right after.

"Bye!..." welp, Sally's sitting on the couch watching bluey, oh hell yeah. I sit down beside her and set her in my lap, playing with her hair as she giggles. For a 2 year old, she had quite the head of hair.

"Hmmm... how do you think it'll go, sally?"

"Bah."

"Very straightforward. Thank you for your buissness."

I shake her tiny hand, and she smiles before biting my finger.

"... I'm telling mom." She smiles and sticks her tongue out, her first little teeth poking out of her gums. Speaking of that, oh jeez, has that been a pain. On top of my mental screaming and crying because AGH! She's been wailing constantly about that. This is why dogs are better than babies, even if she's adorable. Not to mention her biting in everything - as you can see.

Once the episode ends, I unfortunately turn off the TV (im so sorry bluey, I love you) and hoist her up onto my shoulders for a piggy back ride over to her room to get ready for bed. My mom says it'd a bad idea to get her riled up before bed, and sally really likes piggy back rides, but hey, mom's not home, I'm allowed to have a bit of fun with her.

After a lot of crib escape attempt, sally finally falls asleep for the night. Jeez, how does mom do thos every night? I think I'm good with just being the cool older brother on diaper duty every once in a while.

(Why am I writing about this? Idk, filler ig lmao)

You know, this did make me think, how the heck did my parents deal with a little baby like me!? I mean, I was a troublemaker, compared to hero, male wife material since day 1 (help 😭) I was a little demon.

Sunnys parents were probably lucky with their kids, I doubt sunny or mari were too crazy of babies, actually, no, sunny ate Legos.

(I shoved s clear blueish lego up my nose)
