Luke's POV
I was about to clean up in the kitchen when I hear Calum and Stella talking. They just confessed their love for each other to each other. My stomach just flipped. I felt my knees go weak and next thing I know I'm on the floor and everything is going black.
Calum's POV
Me and Stella were talking in the kitchen when I heard a loud thud. I got up to see what it was and I saw Luke passed out in the floor. WAIT WHAT?!?!? "GUYS!!! COME DOWN HERE LUKE PASSED OUT!!!!" I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. "What the bloody hell happened here?!?" Mikey asked/yelled.
Stella's POV
Calum had told me to stay in the kitchen when we heard that loud thud, so I did. I heard him scream for the guys so I got up to see what was happening. I got to the living room and saw Luke passed out on the floor. "What the hell happened here?" I asked the three boys who weren't passed out. "That's what we want to know." A concerned Mikey and Ashton said at the same time.
Ashton's POV
"We need to get him to a hospital." I said breaking the silence. Yes, for the last 10 minutes we were all just standing here staring at the passed out Luke. "Yeah you're right. I'll go bring the car up." said Mikey, who running out the front door grabbing his car keys. "Ok. I'll get Luke you two just go to the car and make sure the door is open and you are in so i can put him on top of you." I said rushing to pick up Luke. We all ran to the car. Calum and Stella got into the back and left the door open for me to put Luke in the back on top of them. I jumped into the passenger seat beside Mikey, who was driving. Once I shut the car door we sped off towards the hospital. Once we got to the hospital, Mikey dropped us off at the door and he went to go park. Meanwhile, Calum and Stella ran inside before I could a brought out a wheelchair. I put Luke in the wheelchair and I headed into the hospital towards the front desk. "Can I help you sir?" The nurse asked me. "Yes. My friend over here passed out and we don't know what happened." I said hurriedly. I'm scared because Luke is like a brother to me. No scratch that. He is my brother. I have to protect him because I am like his big brother. I don't know what I would do if something terrible happened to him. We went to go sit down while we waited for the nurse to call us back. "Luke Hemmings." A nurse calls him. We all got up. "Im sorry but only one person is allowed back with him." The nurse said. Everybody turned their heads to look at me. "You should go back with him mate. Youre like his older brother." Mikey says. "Thanks mate." I say as I grab the handles on the wheelchair and push the unconscious Luke along following the nurse into one of the ER rooms.
