The next morning, after staying at the Master's home the previous night and getting in a sleep following a celebration. The entire town was gathered at the docks where the boats were. Which the Master provided along with weapons.

"They didn't have to provide this big of a spectacle." Harry said as he was stuck wearing some eloquent Lake Town Armor along with the rest of the Dwarves and Bilbo. Along with Hermione, Ginny, Neville and Luna.

"It's just what the Lake Town Master wants." Hermione figured. "Honestly with all of this- and where is Ron?"

Harry and Neville looked around for him. "Where do you think?" Ginny asked not surprised. "He's slept in."

"Oh, I am going to kill him." Hermione groaned trying to get off the boat. "You know, Harry. You could've woke him up." She said annoyed.

"I thought he would wake up for sure or that you would handle it." Harry replied.

"Not just him. Bofur's missing too." Bilbo noted.

"If they're not here, we leave them behind." Thorin ordered.

"We can't just leave Ron-" Harry started and Hermione also jumped up.

"We'll have to, if we're to find the door before nightfall. We can risk no more delays." Balin agreed.

Harry sighed. "But Ron is-" Hermione also started to say. But then she sighed. "Alright, well... maybe it'll teach Ron a lesson of not to sleep in." She figured as she boarded the boat.

Harry got on too, but he noticed tha Thorin stopped Kili and Ginny from getting on. "Not you two. We must travel at speed, and you both will slow us down." He ordered.

Kili looked baffled and Ginny was shocked. "What?" Ginny asked in outrage.

"What are you talking about? I'm coming with you." Kili tried to say.

"No, no." Thorin shot down.

"I'm going to be there when that door's opened. When we first look upon the halls of our Fathers, Thorin..." Kili trailed off.

"And I'm not going to slow you guys down. I've still got two working legs. Which is more than I need to-" Ginny started to say.

"Kili, stay here. Rest. Ginny, that arm won't do you any good where we're going. Join us when you're healed." Thorin advised as he placed a hand on Kili's shoulder.

"Well, all I need is one arm to-" Ginny tried to say, but she suddenly felt weak shortly after.

"You want to say that again?" Thorin asked.

"Harry! Are you hearing this?" Ginny asked outraged.

"Ginny, um... I'm with Thorin on this one. Maybe you should stay here and rest with Kili." Harry suggested. Which was the wrong answer to Ginny.

"Quit trying to baby me, Harry! I'm not 11 years old anymore! And you're not Dad!" Ginny shouted.

"Ginny. Harry and Thorin are right. That Shoulder Wound's been affecting you ever since we escaped from Mirkwood." Hermione shot down. "Besides, you do look a little paler than usual."

But Ginny did not go quietly. She threw her wand to the wooden docks and slumped down with Kili.

"I'll stay with the two. My duty lies with the wounded." Oin informed.

Harry couldn't help but feel bad for Kili. He had followed his Uncle through thick and thin. And now on the verge, Kili was told to stay behind. "Neville... um..." He started to say.

"Yes, Harry?" Neville asked.

"Maybe you should stay with Kili and Ginny." Harry suggested.

"What? Why me?" Neville asked. "I'm with you guys-"
