"Geez, what happened to your eyes, O?" I asked as I sat down next to Ochaco, waiting for the match to start.

"Oh nothing, my eyes just hurt."

I would have believed her if I didn't know her well, but I do know her well. But if she didn't want to talk about it, I won't pry into it.

"Okay, but I'm here for you." She gave me a weak smile in return.

"I can feel the anticipation in the stadium! And that's because the second round's first match is gonna be epic! It's the guy who won his last fight by a landslide and literally left half the audience frozen. The hero course's, Shoto Todoroki!"

I could see Endeavor from the other side of the stadium with a fierce look on his face.

"And this kid almost walked out of his first matchup, but made a stunning comeback by showing off some impressive moves! Also from the hero course, Izuku Midoriya!"

"How do you guys think this match will go?" Iida asked.

"It depends if Midoriya is able to get in close to him." Tokoyami said.

"Yeah. That's the problem. How will Deku avoid the ice?"

"It's not only going to be ice he needs to avoid." I whispered to myself.

"Both of the heroes in training have been frontrunners in the sports festival! But which one of these rivals will advance to the next round? Prepare for... Midoriya vs. Todoroki!"

"I don't think I could watch this. I might throw up."

"Just don't do it on me!"

"You should go to Recovery Girl if that's the case."

"I'll be fine as long as any of them don't die."

"Why would you say that!?"

"Sorry."

"Begin!"

Just then Todoroki used an ice attack on Zuku but before it could reach him, Zuku used wind pressure to break the ice apart. Resulting to Zuku breaking his finger.

"Wow! Midoriya managed to break Todoroki's insane opening move!"

Todoroki continued to send ice attacks to Zuku. But he kept breaking them.

"Todoroki withstood Midoriya's power and is now rushing his classmate!"

Zuku used his quirk again but this time Todoroki jumped up and tried to punch him as he went down but Zuku moved in time.

But didn't really miss. Todoroki managed to grab Zuku's foot with his ice. But then Zuku punched the ice, breaking it. That punch managed to rip the sleeve of Zuku's uniform. And damn does he have muscles. I mean, whaatt? Anyway his arm is now broken.

"Whoa! Todoroki continues his overwhelming attack! Could this be his finishing move?"

But it wasn't. Zuku broke Todoroki's ice with a super powerful wind pressure almost making Todoroki go out of bounds, but he stopped himself with his ice.
