Before I could get to the stands, I saw Todoroki walking in the hallways.

"Hey, Todoroki! Wait!"

"Oh. Hello, Mail. I guess your happy Midoriya won?"

"Of course I'm happy, but I'll also be happy when you win too."

We continued walking, until we took a turn and Todoroki stopped. I looked at where he was starting and saw Endeavor.

"What do you want?" Todoroki asked him.

"You're acting disgracefully, Shoto." Todoroki then grabbed my arm and pulled me to keep walking.

"If you simply used the power in your left side, you would've had an overwhelming victory in both of the first rounds. Like that girl. She used her fire to block you out."

"Leave Mai out of this."

"It's time you stop this childish rebellion of yours. You have a duty to surpass that imbecile All Might. Do you understand what I'm saying? You're different from your siblings. You're my greatest masterpiece."

That sentence made me stop in my tracks. I turned around to face Endeavor,

"Greatest masterpiece?" I scoffed. "I don't want to be rude, Endeavor, especially to my friends dad but, what the fuck? Todoroki is not some "masterpiece" that you made. He is a kid that happened to have both of his parents quirks. When he does become better than ever other here, it will be because of his passion and his power. HIS power, not yours." I said, this time I grabbed Todoroki's arm and pulled him away.

"Oh my fuck. I can't believe I just did that!"

"You didn't have to."

"I know, but you're my friend and I will always stick up for you. Now, this is my stop. I'll see you after you win."

"Bye, Mai. Thank you again. This time, for everything you did."

"And I'll do it again if I have to. See ya!" I said before walking away to the stands.

"Ah! There you are Deku! You did good!" O said as he was walking to sit somewhere.

"Come on down here--we saved you a seat!" Iida said.

"Ha! Thanks guys."

It just so happened to be the seat next to me. It's okay, it's not like anything is going to happen, right?

"Enough standing around. Now welcome to the ring, our next players. He's got skills! But at the expense of some really creepy-looking elbows. From the hero course, it's Hanta Sero!" That was mean, uncle.

"Versus, an early frontrunner in the competition who's way too strong for his own good! Someone who rightfully got into the hero course based on recommendations! It's Shoto Todoroki!"

"Now, for the second match of the finals. Ready, Begin!"

As soon as it started Sero trapped Todoroki with tape. He was leading him out of bounds, but then ice was covering half of the stadium. Ice was quickly coming for the audience so I quickly used Earth to block those that could get hurt, including my classmates. The whole building was shaking from how big his attack was.
