"Level 30." Iida said as we stopped for a break.

"Wait, Melissa. How high does it go?" Midoriya asked.

She was panting before speaking,

"The 200th floor."

"The what?!" Kaminari asked.

"That's way too many stairs!" Mineta said.

"But it's still better that running into the villains."

We kept running and running. O used her quirk on me so I felt much lighter and was running better.

Once we made it higher, Iida stopped.

"The routes blocked!"

"What should we do? Break through it?" Toki asked.

"No. With how high the security is here, it'll probably alert the villains here." I said.

"Then why don't we go through this door instead?" Mineta said before reaching the handle to open it.

"Mineta!"

"No, don't!" Melissa yelled, but it was too late, the door was open.

"Come on, we should run!" Melissa said, and we started to run in another way.

"Is there another way to go up?" Toki asked.

"There should be another emergency staircase down at the other end of the hallway."

"Let's hurry!" Iida said.

But we stopped because our path was now blocked by gates.

"The gates!"

"The ones behind us, too!"

"Mai!" Iida yelled, looking at a door behind the closing gates.

"I'm on it!" I used metal bending to hold the gate open. Iida went through the gate and then we heard a crash.

"Everyone, quick, we can cross through here!"

I let the others run first before I ran through and let go of my quirk before following Iida.

"What is this place?"  Midoriya asked.

"It's a plant factory. They research the effects that quirks have on fauna here."

Suddenly, Jiro stopped us.

"Hold on! Look. The elevator is coming up."

"Don't tell me the villains found us."

"We should hide and let them pass."

We all hid behind a bush waiting for whoever was in the elevator to pass us.

"I wonder if we could use that elevator to get to the top floor once they're gone." Kaminari said.

"No. Only authorized people can use the controls, unfortunately. And it's built like a bomb shelter, so we can't even break in and try." Melissa said.
