Nora's POV

I don't know why Ace told me to wear something nice, and finally, after getting ready, both of us went to an unknown island. I promise to God I'm not feeling even a little bit good about it...

"Are you going to kill me?" He was taking me somewhere near the cliff, and now I was doubting it. Suddenly, he closed my eyes.

"Let's go inside and keep quiet, otherwise, you will be killed," as soon as he said that, I wanted to pee, but then I kept quiet and went with him...

When he opened my eyes, I saw we were in between a big mountain, and all of our family members, everyone from the company, and even my family were there in good clothes.

"Is there any ceremony?" I asked, turning around when this guy disappeared. But then he's a shorty; he sat down and became invisible 🤣🤣

"Will you marry me? I don't like how annoying and stubborn you are, but I still like you and want to marry you... Will you? We can work together all the time, even in our room, and we won't be late for any meeting. We can match intentionally too?" He asked, and his parents were looking at him disappointed because all of his words were so wrong, but somehow each word hit my heart.

Maybe no one has ever done something like this to me. I just burst out crying and kneeling down, I just nodded. At that time, no other feeling was in my heart... At that time, I didn't even look at the ring; all I cared about was his efforts and the confession he made to me... Maybe I don't love him, but I indeed love the way he did it all for me.

He finally put the ring on my finger, and everyone clapped and began to shout.

As I looked at his face, I found out his face was filled with happiness and love... And then during the kiss, I bent down and whispered.

"Why?"

"Because, of course, I'm a drama queen, baby," I said, smiling widely, and hugged him tightly.

Suddenly, he held my head and pulled me closer for a kiss when he spoke.

"We are getting late; pick up the files," he said and spanked my head. I opened my eyes, and all of that was a fucking dream.boom💥

When I opened my eyes, I didn't like that fact. Why didn't he propose to me for real? And for this fact, I got angry with him, and picking up all the files, we went inside the company, where I met TharnType, who was waiting for us.

"Dad, we need to hurry up; mom, please come with him," he said, and both Tharn and Ace went away to another side, as we have two meetings today, one will be handled by Ace, and another will be by me...they came to accompany us as head members

As we went inside the lift, I was feeling hot, when I opened my shirt, and suddenly, Type came closer to me, my heart began to race looking at his pretty face when he touched my locket... Shit!

"This bracelet costs more than 200 million dollars; it's an exclusive piece of Xavier's brand," he said, and I burst out laughing.

"Really? I found it in Chain Kai fair; a lady was selling the same 50 others with a cheaper amount. You want it; then I can give it to you."i laughed as I was wearing 200million dollar price chain without even paying that amount

"Impossible, don't lie. This design isn't even out yet; it's the real one... Nora, this is the real one... I'm also a designer; look at the middle design; it has the same signature design? How did you get it?" He asked again.

"I swear I bought it from that lady; you can take it if you want," I said, and for some time, he was confused, but then sighed. These rich people don't know that copies are available in the market....and how cheap things are in reality "🤣🤣

"Can you buy 5 pieces for me then? I want to show off; I will tell my friends I bought the exclusive one. My Tharn can definitely buy one for me, but I don't want to waste money on the expensive one when the cheapest one is available," he said, smiling, and I immediately called my mom to order 5 chains and texted her in front of him to make him believe I'm not rich.why would i suffer here if I were actually rich.

"One day you will have a lot of restaurants and everything you want; just keep working hard," he said, giving me some motivation, and finally, we both were inside the meeting.

The meeting started, and the main lady kept arguing with me about the foreign trends and all, which pissed me off a lot, and I showed her place...

Finally, the meeting was over, and we finally decided to collab with Ariana groups rather than Elisa, as she was so annoying. Maybe she wanted us to collab at lower rates and less profit returns, and that's impossible.as the market value of Ace's company is high so collaborating with such lower rates will downgrade it's value.

We were sitting in a restaurant, and I ordered my favorite dish, and we were eating food together when Type's uncle spoke.

"You never worked, never had any job, never went to a good school, never made friends, never dated anyone, never went out of the country. But you know eating etiquette, you know how to do meetings, are fluent in English, know the most expensive dish, that's Golden Opulence Sundae, which is basically an American dish... You know German and French, also you know so much about foreign culture. Sometimes I doubt whether you are actually poor or pretend to be poor," he said, and it felt like I got choked on food.
