" Although we can't solve whatever happened, we can at least apologize," Type suggested to the family. Everyone immediately agreed except for Ace.
"I'm not going. I'm busy with my meeting and all," he said, but Tharn held his hands.
"Let's go. It's my order," Tharn insisted, and Ace frowned but went along with it.
They sighed and got ready to go to Gulf's home but didn't know the address, except for Eva's maid.
After two weeks of dealing with current issues, they went to the mansion. Everyone's mouths dropped open as they looked at it.
"They must be embezzling everyone's money, corrupt people," Ace said. Type spanked him and told the guard to let them meet Gulf.
"He's busy with a meeting. Please wait here," the guard said, escorting them to a guest room outside the mansion.
"So, what do they actually do?" Ace asked when the guard spoke.
"Now, although the royal power is no longer in exercise, Gulf still donates and helps people in need financially. All this money comes from their multiple businesses run by him and his son, who work day and night to become wealthy and help everyone. They even pay us high salaries," he explained.
"And why are you telling us this?" Ace retorted.
"You are a Kirigun, so you should know who you're messing with and understand your limits. Though you're not welcome, you are welcome here until they return," he said, rolling his eyes and walking away.
"Let's go from here," Ace said, annoyed, but Tharn intervened.
"Our family ruined their family. We can wait and accept at least a small punishment. We owe it to them," he said, and everyone nodded. Ace had no choice but to sit down with his laptop and wait.
In the afternoon, lunch was served, and they were hungry, so they enjoyed the amazing meal. Finally, late at night, the Kanawut family arrived.
They were invited inside, where they met Noah.
"Go and freshen up; mom will be here in a few minutes," he said, and they nodded, doing as asked while waiting for Gulf to arrive.
"Why are you here?" Gulf asked upon arrival. Type immediately stood up, holding a flower bouquet.
"Although we can't change what happened, we weren't involved in all that. It happened while Tharn was in jail, so we didn't know you were innocent. I swear on my kids," Type explained.
"Okay, fine. We trust you. Anything else?" Gulf asked, sitting down on the couch.
"No, nothing. Please just forgive us," Tharn said, but Nora smirked.
"Tell your son Ace to kneel down and apologize twenty times, then we will forgive you and mom. Please, let me do this," Nora said, looking at her mom. Gulf shook his head.
"No, you don't need to."Gulf said while glaring at his son
"No, we can. If Ace isn't ready, I will do it," Celine offered.
"No one needs to do anything. If you are telling the truth, then you should not apologize. I don't trust Tharn, but I trust you, Type. You are my..." Gulf started, looking at Type.
"You are my what? You always say he's related to you," Noah asked, raising his eyebrows.
"Type's mom and my mom used to be cousins, but after they married, they settled in different places. Basically, we are brothers in the long term," Gulf explained.
"That means Ace is your brother, first from dad's side and now from mom's side?" Celine asked.
"Hell no. This guy can never be my brother. Also, I'm not an actual Kirigun, so don't say such things," Ace protested.
"What do you mean by that?" Noah asked.
"He's adopted by Miss Eva. I never had a son, so she wanted me to adopt one, and I did," Type explained.
"Oh, that's why you have Eva's attitude," Noah said, glaring, and Nora laughed.
"You can leave now; we forgive you," Nora said, pointing to the door.
"No, let's have dinner together first. Now that everything is a little bit resolved, it's too late to leave; stay here tonight," Gulf said.
"No, it's okay," Type tried to decline, but Gulf insisted.
"Only then will I forgive you guys. Please," Gulf asked, and Type looked at Tharn, who nodded with a smile.
They sat down to have dinner, and afterward, everyone was sitting when Ace spoke.
"I'm tired; where's my room?"
"Nora, can you please show him his room?" Gulf asked.
"No, never," Nora said, sitting down in the corner of the couch, listening to everyone's conversation when someone suddenly arrived with a bodyguard.
"You? Who told him to come here?" Gulf asked, yelling at Tharn, but Type held his hands.
"Please let him. He deserves to meet them; he's also innocent," Type pleaded, but it was too late. Nora stood up and was about to slap him when Mew hugged him and began to cry.
"My son... My baby," Mew said as Type had already sent their photos to him. Nora immediately pushed him away.
"No, he's not your son; you're an asshole. Leave me," she said, pushing the guy directly to the floor.
"I saw you guys; that's more than enough for me. I must leave now," he said when Type spoke.
"Can he live here for today? Please?he came from far away and he's tired to" he asked Gulf, who simply nodded.as Mew was indeed looking like a homeless poor man who hadn't had anything from months.
"Whatever is good for you, Nora and Noah, let's go inside. All of you, please feel free to ask for anything. Ace, please come with me; I'll show you your room," Gulf said, holding Ace's hand and taking him to the guest room.
