Nora's pov

Finally, we came back from Australia. One of my members told me that Ace's granny returned, so they couldn't kill her. It's good that she's back here so I can kill her now.

The very next day, after work, I went to the shop and bought a flower bouquet. As I returned, I saw Ace having a discussion. He didn't look so good today; I think his parents scolded him after that incident.

"I'm going to your mommie's house to meet granny," I said, but he didn't say anything. Before I could go out, he came running towards me and held my hand.

"No, no, you stay here. Don't go there," he said. I just slapped him this time. Being raised in a big family, no one ever held my hand and ordered me around. This guy was testing my patience, so I just slapped him.

"I will go. Do whatever you can; you can't control me," I said, walking out. He held my hand again.

"Okay, fine, let's go together," he said. Smiling, I held his hand, and we walked out. We sat down in the car and soon went to his house.

Walking in, everyone was getting the table ready.

"I'm coming," I said and walked away to text my bodyguard, who lives at my home.

"Just when someone holds the letter on the flowers, press the button," I said, and he replied, "Just ok."

Returning back, Ace's mom hugged me and cupped my cheeks.

"Thank God you came. I desperately wanted to meet you," she said with a smile, and I saw Celine laughing internally.

"Let's have dinner," Granny said. Before sitting, I hugged her for the last time.

"You will be missed," I said in my mind, and we all sat down to have dinner.

I forgot to give the bouquet. How stupid I am! I can't even do a single task, and here my mom sent me to kill both of them.

When I came back, the bouquet was missing, and I looked at Ace.

"Where's the flower bouquet?" I asked, and Ace raised his eyebrows.

"Oh, Mom took it into her bedroom. You brought it?" he asked as if he knew that I had put a bomb in it.

"Yes, Ace, for your granny." I immediately ran away, not out of the house but into Type's room. Everyone was running, calling my name.

As soon as I went in, I saw Type was about to pick up the letter, but I immediately snatched it from him.

"Don't, it's not for you; it's for Granny," I said, giving it to that old lady. I don't want to kill Type, never ever. He's an innocent guy and a pure baby. My mom told me that in his whole family, he's the only saint.

"Throw this ugly flower in the sea. We don't need it. Are you stupid? Why did you bring it, and if you wanted to snatch it, then why bring it, idiot?" Ace's father suddenly spoke and gave the flower to one of the maids, who threw it behind as their house was beside the sea.

I didn't feel disappointed that my plan failed, but I felt sad about how they treated a mere employee. Anyways.

"I'm sorry to cause you inconvenience, sir," I said, walking out of the place. I sat down in the garden and began to cry.

I came here to kill them, but here I am, emotionally hurt when they threw my flower away. I also got sad when Tharn scolded me. I was just crying when this asshole Ace came and sat down, holding my shoulder. I hit his back again and again.

"Your dad scolded me. I hate him."

"Okay, fine if you hate him, but why did you react like that? We got scared that it had a bomb in it," he laughed it off as a joke, and I just cried, hugging him.

"I hate myself, Ace. I hate myself," I just cried, holding him. Somehow, I don't know why, I saw him tearing up too.

"What happened? Why are you crying?" I asked, and he just hugged me without saying anything.
