The next day, everyone was busy with their work and all, and even Nora went somewhere for an appointment about consulting on a property.

"It's my dream come true, I finally got a piece of land in the South Bank area. All thanks to my dad!" Nora said to the lady, while Mew was smiling, and Gulf was rolling his eyes in disappointment.

After walking out, Nora hugged both of them, and Gulf spoke.

"I wanted to give it to Alex, Mew. You are so stubborn. Why did you ask me to give it to him?"

"Baby, let it be. I will earn some money and get a piece of land for Alex. Is that okay?" Mew said.

"No need, dad. Alex is going to be the next successor of our whole family property. Mom is just spoiling him," he replied.

"Why Alex? You will stay with us. You are the elder one, so don't worry. We will divide the property into three parts," Mew reassured.

"No, no, I don't need anything. This land was my dream. I don't need anything else. Let my little brother and his husband have everything because they deserve it. Anyway, it's too hot here. I have a meeting nearby," Nora said with a smile.

He then sat down with his husband. "He's indeed very good but sometimes behaves like a bad boy," he said to Mew, who nodded in agreement.

Nora was tired from the meeting and was going to the other side when he decided to bring something for Kirigun's staff. He remembered how he loved it when someone gave treats to them when he was a casual worker.

As he entered, everyone welcomed him and was so happy with the treat. Finally, he went inside Ace's office, though he didn't really want to. He was using it as an excuse to give something to Dav.

As he entered, he saw Axel there, and they were seriously discussing something.

"Oh Axel, you are here. See, I brought ice cream for you," he said excitedly as he walked in. Happily, Axel took it, and Nora slid a box towards Ace too.

"How is it?" Nora asked, looking at Axel, who just chuckled sadly.

"Ask this to Ace. It's his favorite ice cream, not mine. You don't even know that I have diabetes, little baby," Axel said, and everyone turned silent as Ace began to laugh.

"I forgot, I'm sorry, Axel," Nora said, making a sad face.

"That doesn't mean I can't eat ice cream. Sometimes it's okay. I'll just exercise more tomorrow. Anyway, excuse me, I have an urgent call," Axel said as he walked towards the washroom. He bumped into someone and they both fell to the floor.

"Wow! You are so handsome," Stacy said, looking at Axel. He rolled his eyes and stood up, but the floor was slippery, and he fell again, this time landing on Stacy's chest.

"Ahh... leave me!" Stacy yelled. Embarrassed, Axel bowed down and immediately left the place. Stacy sighed and stood up, shrugging off the incident.

"I hate you, I didn't bring it for you," Nora said, looking at Ace. The guy held his hands and pulled him closer.

"Really? You didn't?" Ace asked, and this time Nora turned silent. Ace just smirked.

Later that evening, after a long and stressful day, Nora decided to unwind by himself. He walked down in the garden, needing some space to think.

The cool breeze and the sound of beetles helped to calm his nerves. He sat on a bench, looking out over the pond in their garden, lost in his thoughts.

Just then, Ace appeared, having followed him.

"Nora, we need to talk," Ace said, standing a few feet away.Nora sighed,

"What is there to talk about, Ace? You never understand."Ace frowned, stepping closer,

"I do understand, Nora. But you always shut me out."Nora looked away,

"Maybe because it's easier than fighting with you all the time."Ace sat down next to him,

"I'm sorry if I hurt you, but we need to figure this out together."Nora turned to him, his eyes tired,

"I just want some peace, Ace. Can we do that?can we not fight and stop hurting eachother"Ace nodded,

"Yes, we can. Let's start by being honest with each other."They sat in silence for a while, the tension easing as they both took in the peaceful surroundings. It was a small step, but a necessary one towards resolving their conflicts.
