It has been a month, and Severus and Harry have developed a weird relationship. Harry spent most of his time in Snape's rooms recently. Ron and Hermione were a bit suspicious, but he avoided the topic of his disappearing now and then.

He sat at the coffee table with Skye sitting in his lap, chewing on a teddy bear as he tried and failed to write his potions essay. "Your Dad sure knows how to make me stressed," He mumbled grouchily to the child.

"Talking about me Potter?" He heard a voice say behind him and turned to see Snape leaning on the doorway to his bedroom in his black silk pajamas and hair in a loose bun.

Severus walked over and sat beside Harry, reaching over and gently taking Skye. "Do you want help?" Severus asked, and Harry sighed.

"No, I'm almost done," Harry said as he looked back at the textbook and ran a hand through his hair. Severus looked at him for a moment before standing; he brought Skye over to the cot he had in the living room for him and went to the kitchen. He filled a glass with water and brought it to Harry. He placed it on the table, gently took the pen out of Harry's hand, and pulled him up.

He pulled the younger into a hug, and Harry gasped; he had never expected Snape to hug him. "What has been stressing you out?" He asked gently. Harry sighed, wrapping his arms around Severus.

"It's nothing. Hermione has just been getting on my nerves because I passed more N.E.W.T.S. and O.W.L.S. than her, and I only have potions and Defense against the Dark Arts left to take, and she has like seven, and she has also been nagging me about what I do with my free time. It's a lot mentally because she thinks she is always right, and I have to check with her before I do anything," Harry said, and Severus sighed, leading them over to the couch. He sat down and pulled Harry between his legs, making the younger male blush.

"Well, you are your own person and Granger, while she is your best friend and not your mother," He said as he made Harry lean back against him and ran his hand through his hair. He continued for a few minutes as Harry relaxed against him.

"Da," A tiny voice said, and both of them looked over at the cot to see Skye sitting up, his tiny fist gripping the bars. "Da," Skye said again, looking directly at Severus, who had tears in his eyes as he quickly got up and rushed over to the cot.

"You called for me," The raven-haired man grinned, holding his son close; he brought him over to the couch and sat next to Harry, who moved closer, pressing against his side. Severus turned slightly and leaned on Harry.

"Such a clever baby, knowing how to call for your dad," Harry cooed, tickling Skye's tummy.

Severus looked up at Harry as he spoke to Skye, watching his eyes sparkle in the living room's light behind his glasses. Harry looked up at him, and Severus noticed how close they were. Harry moved closer, not taking his eyes off Severus as he did.

Severus sat frozen as Harry's face stopped a few centimeters from his before their lips touched. Severus sucked in a deep breath as Harry used his tongue to pry his mouth open, deepening the kiss gently. Harry lifted his hand to cup Severus's cheek before it went to the back of his head and gently gripped his hair.

"Da," Skys babbled, and the two pulled away, slowly blinking their eyes open. Severus stared at him wide-eyed before turning slightly pink and looked down at Skye, who was gripping his shirt.

"Are you hungry, baby?" He asked as he quickly stood and went to the kitchen to make a bottle for his son. Harry watched him go before sliding to the floor by the coffee table and resuming his work.
