It was two weeks later, and Severus was getting frustrated with Harry, and he knew the younger male could tell. Harry had been in a foul mood since he spoke with Ron; today was a special day, and Severus wasn't about to let a foul mood ruin it.

It was his last class for the day, and he would take matters into his own hands. He had told himself he would let Harry figure it out, but that would take forever at his pace.

"Mr. Weasley, you will see me after class," He said, and the redhead looked up at him before refocusing on his potions assignment.

The bell rang, and Ron packed his things and made his way to the front of the class while Severus also packed his things.

"Follow me," Severus said as he walked through his office and into his quarters. They found Harry sitting with Skye in his arms, feeding him his bottle.

"Ron," Harry exclaimed, jumping to his feet and rattling Skye, who whined before he started to cry.

"I'll take him," Severus said, swooping over, taking the baby from Harry, and bringing him into the kitchen.

"That's....a baby," Ron gasped, looking from where Severus had disappeared to where Harry stood with the bottle still in his hand. "Whose baby is that?" Ron asked, and Harry sighed, sitting down.

"That's Skye; he's mine and Severus's son," Harry said, and Ron's eyes widened. Harry explained everything that had been going on, and Ron listened, nodding and humming now and then. "I was just trying to protect them; people would go after them without knowing the truth, and I can't risk them getting hurt," Harry said after explaining.

"I understand," Ron said, waking up on the couch, sitting beside Harry, and leaning heavily on the dark-haired male. "I get that you had to protect the ones you love," Ron said, and Harry sighed.

"I'm sorry I wasn't a good friend," Harry muttered, leaning his head on top of Ron's. "I wasn't here for you these last few months," Harry said, and Ron breathed deeply.

"I got disowned," Ron mumbled, and Harry gasped. "I broke things off with Hermione," He said, and Harry frowned.

"They disowned you for that?" He asked in shock. Ron shook his head and sat up straighter.

"I also told them I have a... boyfriend," Ron sighed, "They didn't agree with that or who it was,"

"Who is it?" Harry asked skeptically, and Ron blushed. "Ron," Harry said scandalously, eyeing the redhead.

"You remember when we had the Triwizard tournament, and we weren't hanging out much?" Ron asked, and Harry nodded, not wanting to remember the gap in their friendship that year. "Well, I was hanging out with some Drumstrang people," Ron said.

"So, he was here during the tournament then," Harry said, thinking about the people he had met at the tournament.

"He wanted to ask me to the ball," "But he asked Hermione instead," Harry finished, and Ron nodded.

"You are dating your idol," Harry chuckled, and Ron turned as red as his hair. "I'm happy for you," He said.

Severus returned from the room with a plate containing four cupcakes. "Here," he said, handing the plate to Harry. "Time to sing happy birthday to the birthday boy," he said, repositioning Skye on his lap.

They sang a quick happy birthday song to the one-year-old. Severus then placed Skye in his high chair with a cupcake before sitting down to talk with Ron and Harry late into the night.
