April, 1995.

"I didn't know how many pictures you'd taken of us, so I just bought the scrapbook with more pages," Joey told her friend. "Just in case."

"Here are the photos." Nayun reached into her tote bag and pulled out a wrinkled paper bag. "There's actually quite a bit in there. You'd be surprised how many times you and Malfoy look so effortlessly cute together."

"Thank you, Nayun," Joey beamed as she took the paper bag from her mate, seated on the floor in their dorm.

"You guys look so elegant in the photographs where you're standing," Nayun commented vivaciously. "Because you're both tall and you complement each other so well."

Joey blushed and tried to act casual, but, goodness, the talk of her own relationship flustered her immensely. "Thank you."

Nayun went to do her own thing in the dorm as Joey began to look through the printed photos. They were not moving photos, as it was taken on a Muggle portable camera, but they were lovely.

Joey sprawled them out all in front of her on the floor with her supplies next to her for this project. Their anniversary was tomorrow, falling on a Sunday, so it was perfect.

Her eyes skimmed over the photos and her mouth curled into an elated smile at them. She really did look so happy with Draco—in every photo. She didn't remember the last time she was ever this happy before him.

There was a photo of them in the library in one of the many book aisles. He was whispering to her with his hands planted on the shelf to trap her, and she was smiling at whatever he was saying. She remembered exactly what he was saying at that moment.

"You're my favourite person in the whole-wide bloody world, Jellybean," was what he was whispering in her ear.

There was a photograph of them taken from behind them as they were walking down the corridor after classes, hand in hand. Her head was turned to him and his was turned to her, both smiling. They were both smiling in quite a bit of the photos.

There was even a photo of them on the couch in the Gryffindor Tower when they'd fallen asleep after a long day. They were cuddling with their limbs tangled together.

A photo was taken of them in the library once more, but at a table. She was doing her homework and he was just shamelessly admiring her, twirling a lock of her dark hair around his finger.

The most recent one was the one at the dock just last weekend. She was wrapped within his arms and sitting between his legs. They were mid-kiss in the photo with her head tipped back and his bowed forward.

Joey was genuinely grateful her friend was taking candid photos of her and Draco because these were the kind of photos that told a whole story rather than a single memory.

Getting started with her project, she dumped out the markers from her pencil pouch and the small stickers she'd purchased with the scrapbook. She couldn't mess anything up because this was going to be all hand-written in marker and the photos would be pasted in the scrapbook.

She wasn't exactly sure what to make the title of the scrapbook—she honestly wasn't that creative in this sense. She was thinking of doing the title Our Story, but it was rather cheesy.

But then she thought about how there were so many pages in the scrapbook. Even if she was giving it to him, she could still add photos to the empty pages.

She finally settled on something very boring, but it worked. Draco & Joey. The first page of the scrapbook, she wrote Chapter One. It made sense because this was the beginning of their relationship, thus being the first chapter.
