Lost Without You

The tender threads of love now torn,
A heart once full, now lies forlorn.
The memories of you, a bittersweet refrain,
Echoes of laughter, now but a strain.

In the silence, I hear your name,
A whispered sigh, a longing in vain.
The fire that once burned, now but a spark,
A dying ember, in a darkened heart.

Tears fall like autumn's leaves, so slow,
As I mourn the loss, of love that used to grow.
The warmth of your touch, now but a memory,
A fleeting dream, lost in reality.

In the mirror's gaze, a stranger I see,
A reflection of sorrow, etched on me.
The weight of heartbreak, crushes my soul,
A heavy burden, that makes me whole.

The world moves on, in its endless spin,
But time stands still, in this heart of mine within.
For in the shadows, your ghost remains,
A haunting reminder, of love's sweet pains.

Oh, how I yearn, for one more glance,
One more whispered promise, one more tender dance.
But alas, you're gone, and I'm left to grieve,
A heart shattered, like the shards of a broken leaf.

In this darkness, I search for a light,
A guiding star, to lead me through the night.
But until then, I'll wander, lost and alone,
A heartbroken soul, forever searching for a home.
